Kris was a lifesaver! Between ferrets, rabbits and a surprise litter of babies, cats, dogs and kids or carpet has seen MUCH better lifetimes! I never imagined simply cleaning it would even be an option but thanks to Kris, we were able to save all of our carpet and it looks as if we just moved in again!! He was so informative, professional and courteous I would very highly recommend Asplund cleaning and restoration!!
He was very honest and informative with explaining what services we needed and didn't need which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely have him back to clean carpets and rugs again!! 😄

Kris is an absolute miracle worker! I have two very messy kids, and they always make a mess of my carpets. I'd tried everything, but nothing could get them clean until I called Kris. He came right over and cleaned up everything, even getting the tough stains out that I never thought would come off. I couldn't believe my eyes! If you need carpet cleaning done right, Kris is the guy to call.

Kris did a great job. I moved into a home in June and the basement carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Kris arrived and went right to work. He walked me through all of the steps he was taking during the prep phase and provided some ideas on how to fix some of the bubbles in the carpet etc.
He got a ton of stains out that I never thought were possible like paint!
It is obvious that Kris takes immense pride in his work and making his customers happy is a top priority.
While he was writing up the invoice I was asking him a ton of questions about floor care in general and explained that I was having a terrible time getting my grout cleaned in my bathrooms. He gave me recommendations on what products to use and how to apply them for best results. He then went out to his truck and came back in with one of the products that he had on hand and gave me a sample to get started. And it worked!!!! My grout is pristine.
Thank you Kris for a great experience and amazing work!! You are officially my go-to for all things flooring from here on out!
