When I called they were able to send someone out the next day. We knew we had bats because we saw them come and go. When Dan came out he checked over the roof and was able to start the work that day. The work was completed within two weeks. Dan was very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Victor was thorough and methodical. His professionalism was beyond reproach. He exhibited a true caring attitude about our problem, and took great care to make sure we understood exactly how and why the varmints were getting into our house and what we needed to do to stop them. We are now rodent free!

They were prompt: I called on a Fri and they were at my house Mon a.m. The technician did a good job of trying to figure out what noises my guest might have heard. Frankly, I think my guest had too much to drink the night before.

Victor was awesome. He was prompt, professional, and very understanding. He put me at ease about my pest problem. It was difficult to find the spot the squirrel was getting in, but he persisted. I've had two other pest control companies at my place, and yet, I would still have problems. Victor found every little spot around my roof line and foundation and fixed it up. I feel like I've finally got this problem solved! It's starting to get cold out, but I am not worried, I don't think any critters could get in now! It was expensive, but this kind of work is. He had to make numerous visits, answer frantic calls on his cell phone on the weekends, and crawl into uncomfortable spots.

I called and set an appointment for the following day. Victor set many traps for moles in my yard. I watched so that if they needed to be reset over the long holiday weekend I could do that (not required). He stomped down all the tunnels to determine later which ones were active. He had some trouble setting traps because of all the rocks in my soil. Traps were set Wednesday. On Friday I noticed fresh activity and moved two traps to the area. On Saturday and Sunday we caught and removed 2 moles and reset the traps. Victor did not return until the following Thursday. We had checked the traps that morning and there was no new activity. He filled out a report saying that one mole was removed and no new activity and pulled the traps. My husband caught him and told him of the two we removed. I suspect we will continue to have intermittent mole issues, but at least I have the number and the service is prepaid.

They set up some traps that let us know if they came in and out. I didn't want to use the kill trap but it being winter if we used the other the squirrel would be likely to freeze before we caught it. He was very good at explaining everything.

A little squirrel got in our house and they searched my house and put traps on the roof. They came back on Monday over the weekend and put some traps in the ceiling and told me in a couple more hours we would get him. Sure enough we did. They came for about a week after that every day checking those traps. They then fixed the hole in the ceiling that they had to cut out.

They came out to the property and within a week trapped and removed two moles who had been digging holes in our yard. So far that appears to have taken care of the problem. Mark really knows what he is doing and did a great job.

They were good! They were friendly and easy to work with. They accommodated my special requests and we have no squirrels anymore!

The night before we were to leave for vacation I went to the bathroom in the basement to find a very relaxed rat sitting on the toilet. I don't know who was more surprised--I know I squealed louder! NO exterminators were answering their phone on a Friday night except this one. Victor took the call and drove from about 60 miles away. By the time he arrived it was after 9 pm. He enthusiastically went to work looking for the wayward rat -eventually found curled up inside a toilet plunger! Victor captured him singlehandedly, then took us around the inside and outside of the house pointing out possible entrance points. Fortunately most of the foundation looked rat-tight, we decided the loose dryer vent was the probable entrance. In daylight Victor returned to cover the vent with rat-proof mesh, and also inspected the rest of the exterior and recommended additional repairs (better guards on roof vents etc). Victor was a pleasure to work with.

After catching and removing two moles, the traps were reset and he came back 3 days later and removed them as there was no additional activity. The service allowed for 4 weeks of removal and I only used one so I have a credit for 3 more weeks should they return.

Great service and quick turnaround time. Took the time to explain exactly the plan. $299 covered 4 weeks of mole removal-they trapped several moles in the first 2 weeks and are keeping the remaining 2 weeks in reserve should my mole problem recur.

We had just moved in to a home, and found that we had squirrels in the attic. Steve was very prompt in returning our call, and Nick arrived the next day. Over the course of ten days, Nick set and checked traps every day. He also sealed the access holes, and pointed out a number of potential problem areas. During this time, we also discovered a mouse problem. Nick immediately found the access holes, sealed them and helped us rid our home of the creatures. Very professional, very courteous, and very reliable. I would recommend these people to anyone.

They submitted a report of the repairs that needed done. They came out a week later to do the repairs. I originally found them on Angie's List and from a friend. They take credit card but there is a $10 charge if they do. I thought the prices were a little high. I also have not received a receipt for the credit card charge.

The quoted inspection fee was $189. It sounded like a very thorough inspection for all types of critters, and they warrant their work for 4 years. However, this house will either be completely remodeled or torn down in the near future, so we chose to use a less expensive company to just trap the squirrels.

I called Steve and left a message. He returned my call within hours and arranged for someone to come on the following day.Victor was on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He did a thorough job and listened to my concerns. I have had nothing running through my ceilings. All is quiet! I was immediately impressed with how quickly my phone call was returned and their professional attitude. I will recommend them to neighbors.

Steve was very helpful in our initial inquiry. He wasn't pushy but he diagnosed the problem over the phone and explained the two programs - $299.00 for a 4-week removal program and $599.00 for 1-year. We opted for the 1 year program. We booked an appointment for Mark to come out a few days later. Mark was due out between 9 and 9:30. I was very impressed when he phoned me at 8:50 and said he was running a few minutes late and would there at 9:10 (which wouldn't even have been late). He arrived at 9:10 on the dot. He explained to me all about how moles operate and he proceeded to set 12 traps. He said he'd be back on Monday or Tuesday. He came back on Monday, having caught two moles. He returned again a couple of days later, and there was no more sign of mole activity. Mark was very professional, and I also appreciated that he didn't talk down to me, as some service people do to women. I have every confidence that if we have more moles, they will be back when we call them.

Mark was very punctual and professional, and I'm delighted to say that, although we have seen much guano in certain areas as the bats have tried to return, they haven't succeeded!

They were very good, he went around and found out where they were coming in and put up a trap and came back to check it until all the squirrels were caught and left a progress report each day.

Courteous and informative. Explained the costs and what was included very clearly. Did a good job on the repairs. One minor complaint: the guy coordinating the appointments did not seem to check messages on his cell phone often or at least was not good at returning phone calls. But the person doing the work was extremely responsive and great to work with.

Response was fast. Service was friendly. Cost is very high for this but I believe them to be competitively priced. The warranty is the best that I've seen which may be the tie breaker on the cost. As long as the animals don't get back-in, I'm satisfied with the work!

We had an exceptional experience with Victor. As new homeowners, having only lived in the house for a few weeks, we were very concerned and subsequently became the customer that has called him the most during an animal recovery! Despite that, he handled all of our calls with knowledge, professionalism and a friendly demeanor. We would contact them again if we ever had any future pest problems.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, CONSIDERATE, AND FRIENDLY. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK, THOUGH, TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY WERE FAIRLY QUICK TO RESPOND. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE QUALITY BECAUSE I CAN'T GO UP ON THE ROOF TO CHECK. IF I DON'T GET BATS FOR FOUR YEARS LIKE THEY SAID, THEN IT'S GOOD.
