Throughout the design process to the installation of cabinets, Joel was quick to respond, answered all our questions and was committed to making sure we were satisfied with every detail. He worked hard to achieve a design that worked well with our family’s needs and gave many suggestions to improve the functionality of the” heart of our home”. I had Kendall Woodworks quote my home kitchen and decided to go with another cabinet maker. A few years later I had them quote our office, which included reception area, bathrooms, kitchen and conference room. The quality of my office compared to my house is unbelievable. Kendall Woodworks cabinets are hands down much higher quality. I regret the decision not to go with them on my house. Also, I live in Colorado and there were no issues whatsoever working with them, even though they were out of state. All the cabinets arrived in perfect condition and were installed as promised. They were always on site when necessary and there were no delays. They are great people to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent company to work with. They had to come back several times due to timing of counter tops being put in....they were great at communicating with me and always on time. Very happy with finished product.

Things went well. Joel Kendall was patient with us as we did a lot of the work ourselves. That caused some challenges with his schedule but he was patient and found ways to work around the delays. He also was open to our specific ideas for how we wanted things to work or look.

Not only is Joel Kendall a fantastic tradesman, he's also an all around great guy. He takes pride in his work and does beautiful work. I enjoyed working with him a lot and felt that he had awesome ideas and suggestions for other areas of my home. I love showing my new kitchen off to everyone who comes and visits. The project began with a client conference to ensure all the the customer"s wishes and preferences were documented. Then the provider completed in-situ measurements and prepared detailed drawings and layouts of the cabinetry and floor plan for each room. Provider also encouraged the client to personally visit and inspect the workshop where all the cabinets were constructed. In this case the cabinets were constructed from select cuts of maple and oak, including "Euro style" doors and push-release latches. This resulted in the ultramodern,clean and functional appearance requested by the client. The cabinets were completed after several weeks, and the provider stored them until the remodeling contractor was ready for their installation. At that point, the provider delivered and installed all cabinets in a single day, working carefully, swiftly, and with obvious professionalism. It should be pointed out that each cabinet was custom built to individual drawings which insured a precise fit and which expedited the final installation. Also, Kendal Woodworks close attention to detail and obvious experience were evident in the framing and detailing that resulting in an innovative, harmonious, and very attractive ensemble. Kendal Woodworks charged a premium price, but I'm completely satisfied that they delivered a premium product and their service was everything that could be desired. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Kendal Woodworks to my friends and I would use them again if I faced further remodeling requiring custom cabinetry.

Kendall WoodWorks played the most important part of Remodeling and Building of our New Home. Joel (owner of Kendall WoodWorks) worked side by side with us to achieve amazing Cabinetry and Lighting ideas though out both of our homes. They are also the Most Honest People you could ask for. I have no problem handing over my house keys to them if needed. We've now been in our New Home for 4 years and have not had any issues with our Cabinets or Furniture. Great Job!!! They have done a wonderful job .We love our new shoe cabinet.All i had to do is explain what i was looking for to Jole and he put them all right together on a sheet of paper and emailed back the picture.After returning hs email he sent his son around and installed it.Before even i knew the work was done .They are very trust worthy and very professional.We feel we have got what we paid.Jole kept updating us on what is happeneing so we new how far the project is ready .

Excellent!! Kendall Woodworks is professional, easy to work with and they provide a fantastic design service with years of experience to know what will look good. They listen to the customers input and design around your needs and preference. Then they make the cabinets and provide install in a timely manner. Quality from start to finish. It isn't mega store cabinets, it's custom, quality cabinets made with care.

The services provided by Kendall Woodworks were excellent and the project went very well. Joel Kendall stopped by to see the space, did some measuring, and asked several questions leading to discussion about what we were thinking for use of our basement space. A few days later we met with him at his business location. Joel presented a drawing for the kitchenette area and also some additional drawings of pieces he thought we might be interested in that might enhance the use of our space. We were impressed with the ideas and options presented. In addition to the kitchenette we chose to broaden the scope of the woodwork to include all customized bathroom cabinets, a desk unit with cabinets, decorative beams and columns, later adding a customized entertainment center as well. Here are some things that we really liked about our experience with Kendall Woodworks and the owner, Joel Kendall. (1) Joel is pleasant and energetic and along with his staff brings a lot of experience to the table. He knows his craft and put his experience to work in catching the vision of what we wanted to do and created a plan which not only met our expectations, but provided additional ideas for optimal use and enjoyment of the space. (2) Joel kept us up to date with the progress of the cabinets and even provided some photos of the pieces as they were being made. (3) He was on time with his expected delivery. (4) The finished work is beautiful and of VERY HIGH QUALITY. The tight tolerances of the pieces have everything fitting very nicely. (5) Joel and his staff stopped by when the basement was totally finished to follow up...a nice touch. (6) We have really enjoyed our finished basement and the wood work provided by Kendall Woodworks is certainly one of the reasons! Highly Recommended!!

The cabinets were beautiful, made with the highest attention to detail and quality. He delivered cabinets that exceeded our expectations in beauty and space-saving attributes. He delivered on time and on budget and was a joy to work with.

Joel came to our home in Colorado from Minnesota several times, took measurements, came up with several options for the layout and sent some sketches. After coming up with a final plan, Joel worked with our contractor every step of the way and always kept us informed of the progress. We are extremely happy with the results and have already recommended Joel and his team to friends and family.

I acted as general contractor on a major kitchen/dining room and master bath remodel and relied on Joel's remodeling experience. Joel is very creative and provided great design ideas. We love the broom cabinet he incorporated into an otherwise unusable space. The cabinet above the microwave has dividers that allow us to efficiently store cookie sheets and other baking pans. Several of the lower cabinets have sliding shelves which make it easy to see and retrieve pots and pans, etc. The drawer next to the stove has a built-in spice rack; the drawer for the silverware includes built in dividers for the knives, forks and spoons. Another area includes a coffee station and place for our toaster. The cabinets are well made and we enjoy the soft close hardware. The cabinets are painted white so the black walnut island table and range hood stand out, provide contrast and add interest to the room. Joel also created a custom black walnut vanity for our master bathroom remodel. Everything is custom so all design ideas or problems are solvable. Joel is a great partner and will explore ideas with you and respectfully challenge your pre-conceived ideas. Our remodel included an arched opening into the dining room. I constructed the arch myself. Joel noticed the arch had "too much" curve. Seemed ok to me, but I took Joel's advice and softened the curve. Now that the project is complete I see how the softer curve is more aesthetically appealing. I appreciate that Joel is passionate about the overall success of the project and not just his part.

The woodworking is just beautiful and was done exactly to our specifications. Joel was very willing to consult with us on every aspect of the design of the cabinets as well as their functionality. He also gave us lighting suggestions in our home that we so appreciate now. We have gotten numerous compliments on them over the years. Everyone is interested to know, "who did the woodwork?" We don't even feel like we need to put up much art or decor because it would take away from the beauty of the woodwork. We were extremely pleased with Kendall Woodworking and would choose them again without hesitation! Great quality for the price!

We have used Kendall Woodworks for many of our remodel projects. Once again Joel has lived up to our expectations. The work is very high quality and the cabinets are beautiful.

Excellent - I ended up also having them make the trim and doors and all of the work turned out beautifully. Joel was also extremely communicative and responsive - I had drawings of every iteration, and texts informing me of project status, pictures, etc. He also made many good suggestions - many of which I ended up taking that made the finished project stunning.

From the beginning Joel was great to work with. Listening to what we wanted and pulling our scattered ideas into a beautiful design. We ran into a small snag when the cabinets were being stained, but it was worked through and everything come out wonderfully.

It went great. The original drawers I had in there kept falling down and were completely the wrong size. They explained the limitations on what they could build and we agreed on a design. They were professional and kind and answered all of my questions. The work was completed in less than two days, which surprised me. It was expensive, but the quality of the drawers is top notch. Each drawer can hold 70 lbs! So I'll never have to worry about loading them up with too many cans or anything. They get a lot of abuse since I'm always in and out of the pantry, and they've held up wonderfully.
