+ 1 moreThe installation crew were very pleasant and answered any questions that we had. They removed the old carpet, cleaned the floor, and put down the new pad and carpeting within a timely manner. It all went so smoothly which indicated they were experienced in doing a good job. Later in the day, I called the House 2 Home Flooring and Design Studio to let them know the carpet had been installed and we were very pleased. We went directly to House 2 Home Studio and had not contacted them through Angie's List email. Today, I was looking at my reviews and realized I had not submitted my review for our carpeting. I want to let everyone know how pleased we were with the services received. We will definitely go to their studio with any future carpeting or flooring needs when they arise.
Description of Work: In the showroom, Mark and Michael worked with us on choices of carpeting and pricing for installation. Mark worked closely with us to give a good price. Very easy to work with and understood our needs. We were able to schedule the installation for just a few days after purchase. We were given the names of the crew who arrived on the installation date and worked quickly to complete the job.
