Inspection and recommendations were ‘spot on’. They provided a variety of insulation types and methods that fit our unusual needs.

Very quick to respond to inquiries. Estimate and scheduling done relatively quickly. Some unexpected "snafus" happened (not during the actual project) BUT communication was open with some added discounts given for our trouble. We even referred them to our neighbors and both jobs were completed on the same day. We are hiring them again to do our attic. Very professional and respectable.

They explained how the process would work, addressed our concerns about exposure & took extra steps to minimize that. All in all they completed the work on time and for a competitive price. It took less time than they estimated.

My house was build in the early 1900's and was extremely lacking insulation. Bill the owner was so pleasant on the phone and in-person. *My dog loved him too :) He came over right away and gave me a verbal quote and quickly followed up with an emailed hard copy of the quote. I was not there on the day of installation, but my house was left clean, pictures were emailed from the technician and when I emailed a question to him his response was quick as well. Bill stopped back out to my house to insure that the paperwork to Excel Energy was properly filled out, as you only get one chance to submit. I will highly recommend Gunner Insulation to friends and family.

Work was done very professionally. Bill and his guys did a great job and made sure everything was done correctly. They cleaned up well and were very professional. I would use them again for any insulation work.

They found that I could beef up the insulation for quite a reasonable price, so I went with that.

I scheduled the original appointment after a phone call with the owner and confirmation texts from the owner. On the day of the appointment I wait an extra 30 minutes and then called. He forgot the appointment and we rescheduled for a couple days later. No show and no call on that appointment.

I appreciated Gunner Insulation's performance of its terms of contract so much that I've referred friends to them.

Communication was clear, pricing was fair and we were provided with whatever discount was available to us; the job was completed promptly and clean up was good. We have had no problem with further water stains since. Problem solved! We would hire them again.

Wonderful. Bill and Dane, Bill's helper, were on time, thorough, and professional. They also covered everthing and cleaned up everything afterwards. They explained everything to me so no questions were left unansweted. Dane alsl took before and after pictures for me.

Bill was calling me very soon after I signed up for the inspection and we set up an appointment on the next available day that worked with my schedule (a few days later). He was very flexible. He called early that morning to make sure we were still on and also to talk about any possible work. I already knew I needed insulation because the inspector's report from when I purchased my house had noted it. Bill gave me an estimate over the phone based on square footage and it was very fair. When they arrived, the guys inspected my attic, we found it was larger than anticipated, we adjusted the price very, very fairly and the work was done. The guys cleaned up their mess before they left and that was that. I am very confident that my heating bill next winter will be reduced. I am very happy with this company and how they do business.

Bill was great to work with and the price was reasonable. They took down the old insulation and put new insulation in and over the floor and around the knee boards of a finished room. They got the job done in a day and a half and left the attic tidy and in great order. They were careful to put canvas down to protect the floors through the house. Very friendly and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

Bill Dwyer, owner & manager, was very responsive. After the inspection, we struck a deal to remove the old insulation and to install new insulation in the attic. No water was discovered.

Terrific, two gentlemen had the job finished and were very friendly over two days.

The process went smoothly from start to finish and took about a half day. Bill D consulted with us on all aspects of the task, offering useful suggestions. Drop cloths were used inside to protect floors from the contractor's traffic. Post job cleanup was superb. This was a long overdue task that was delayed due to an old AC system in the attic that needed replacing. That was done earlier this week. We would recommend them and would use them again.
