Description of Work: They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up when finished, and explained in detail the work that was done.

Description of Work: I have not climbed into the attic to see the result of the job. However, the reps who came to do the work were prompt and attentive. I had to leave during the job to visit an critically ill friend - they closed/locked garage doors when they left and left vm that they were done. (Their truck did leak some fluid on my driveway, and I haven't been able to remove it.)

Description of Work: We did some initial planning to build a deck. Bill and Kerry were very helpful, punctual, and always answered our communication.

Description of Work: Bill and his crew were wonderful and very professional. We had new insulation put in our attic along with fixing holes and sealing them. They also added 7 vents to the roof.

Description of Work: Re-insulated attic to bring it from R36 up to R51 and spray foamed the basement perimeter joist area and one window wall area.

Description of Work: I first contacted Gunnar Installation for a deck project on April 28th. Owner Bill Dwyer was very friendly. He came to my home to take a look at my space and provide me an estimate. Unfortunately Bill had to undergo surgery and was out of communication for a little bit. He did try to refer me to a colleague to help me out but in the end I decided to stay with Bill to ensure the Angie's List coupon would be honored. By the time Bill and I were able to resume plans, my job situation changed and I received a new contract that would transfer me overseas. Bill was really awesome and tried to come up with different design options and ideas that might work, but our timelines just aren't going to cross before I have to ship out.

Description of Work: The people were very nice and responsive, however, the final quote was just too high for our budget.

Description of Work: They reinsulated my attic, put in air chutes for the vents, ran the bathroom fan up to one of the vets.

Description of Work: Took several attempts to get a quote. Once someone did come out, they only stayed for a couple minutes and said someone else needed to come out. After several weeks someone else came out. As a result of the quote I had several questions. E-mail replies were few and incomplete. Overall, they were hard to communicate with and e-mails went unanswered for days/weeks. I bought a $100 coupon from them but never used it. Quote was sky high and questions about it went unanswered.
