[Member Name Removed], I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the work, or price, or whatever else it is you did not understand. I personally remember this particular job because I personally did the work with one of my employees. We did an analysis the attic situation and sat down with you and your husband and explained our findings and discussed the possible solutions. The plan was developed and discussed with both you and your husband. At that time we all decided to move forward with the project. The work was completed on a very hot day and there was over 100 boxes and other things that had to be moved, which we did and replaced them after the job was completed. You and your husband were happy with our work and repeated this several times. Before leaving, you had an invoice stamped paid in full with a description of all the work completed and R-values. It was quite sometime later that you emailed me for a break-down of products used and the R-values as well as pricing itemized for each. I am sorry, but all was done correctly. You were not deceived in any kind of way. And you were not cheated on pricing. I would be more than happy to meet with you to resolve your issues. I don't understand your complaint. We worked very hard for you. And a question I have is why did I not hear about this a year ago?
