They were excellent and I would highly recommend them.

The owner left me a nasty voicemail when I didn't pick up my phone while at work and then said that he thought it was another Cindy that had called. He gave me a quote around $8,000 but when his guys showed up, they said that most of the stuff that he had quoted, I already had like such as soffits and vents.

No follow-up required at this time.

The guy who did the inspection was very thorough and friendly. He provided us with an estimate for improved attic insulation, but we were not ready to go ahead with the work.

Dealing with Bill Dwyer of Gunner Company was so painless. He was out to our home within days for an attic inspection and analysis. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with additional hints regarding our problems. We had an estimate and the work done all within a week. Bill was in constant contact with us to keep us updated. His crew was fantastic. They were extremely professional, polite and "neat". After the job was completed, you would never have known it was done - they did a great job at clean up. Through the entire process, I felt we were with the best.

Bill did a great job informing me of the amount of insulation that we had and how much should be there. He also showed me where the chutes should be (they were previously installed wrong or were missing).

Provider was prompt in responding to the Angie's List request. He was professional, thorough, and followed-up promptly to respond to any questions or concerns. He gave a brief estimate in writing and called to clarify one number that was slightly lower than the original estimate. He was personable. Unfortunately, I had another unrelated emergency home repair that came up (pipes), resulting in not being able to afford the price of the provider.

They couldn’t perform the work. They referred me to someone else who wasn’t associated with them and they didn’t know about the BD. I appreciated him trying to find me someone but it didn't work out.

It was fine. We decided to not go forward with the job. The scheduling was not a problem.

The service went very well. The tech was on time and very courteous. I could tell he knew what he was doing. The work was completed in a timely manner. The tech explained everything to me in advance including his procedure and the expenses.

Bob came out & checked my insulation & I needed it redone since it wasn't done since 1975, He was a great guy to work with. He saw that everything went ok. Bob was such an easy guy to work with. The men arrived about 1:30 & Bob stopped by to check on them. I was very happy with the work they did.

He is a great guy. They made everything right with the project. I was very pleased with the final outcome.

It was good. He was very friendly, nice and helpful. They talked to me and explained things and always asked us questions. They had a little path thing that they walked on when they were here and it was a very messy thing because it was the spray foam stuff. There wasn?t much mess leftover but just a little bit near the closet where they had to have access to the attic. If we are just getting the insulation done, we are finding out what our heat bills are and it is hard to know if it has helped. It is hard to say what their quality is because we haven?t really used it much. They are very flexible too.

I had called another service provider about the job and he told me it would be three weeks before he could do the job... I couldn't wait that long. I called Gunner Insulation and talked with Bill. He came over that same day, together with Tommy. Together they assessed the situation, did measurements, and provided an estimate. It was right in line with the cost I was expecting. In terms of scheduling the work itself, they were able to do it the next day. This totally blew me away, especially after talking with the other service provider I had called. In spite of a delay the next morning due to a problem with the truck they had sent to our house, they made some rearrangements and were able to still get the job done that day. While waiting through the delay, Bill called me 2 - 3 times to be sure that I knew what was happening, and when to expect the truck. When the truck did come in the afternoon, Bill and Tommy came ahead to be there when it arrived. We did a final assessment together with the technician who would do the actual work. The two-man crew were great, very professional, courteous, and friendly... and more so, did a very good job. I would recommend Gunner without hesitation to any who were in need of spray foam insulation. Bill and Tommy were very down-to-earth, but very professional at the same time.

Bill was very honest. He advised me to contact my energy company for energy audit. He also explained the process to get my refund from Angie's List. Very nice and honest person.

Bill was fast with an estimate and their price was great. They were able to complete the job quickly and cleanly. The house is warmer and quieter and the Ice Damns seem to be a thing of the past. Can't wait to see my next energy bill! Gunner did a great job, and I will use them again on another house I own!

Very well. Consultant called while en route. Tom was able to answer my questions. He opened the sealed ceiling opening easily & cleanly. He also explained pricing and discounts. Provider will send appropriate paper work to Xcel Energy for additional rebate. The service was scheduled to be performed on 12/5 at 8:30 a.m. I was called the day before and asked if they could reschedule. That was fine for me. They said they would arrive between noon and 1:00. They arrived promptly at noon. They covered the area with plastic and completed everything in 1-1/2 hours. They vacuumed after they were finished.

He said that we have good insulation on the roof of our attic and good air quality with no leaks. Gave advice about a leak in one bathroom ceiling stating it appeared to be a problem with the roof.

It went very well. The sales rep. was very friendly, knew his company and had great information about what I needed to have done. The work crew were GREAT, very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done, they get 4 stars. Mitzi

Bill came by an personally inspected my garage and gave me a fair price on what I was looking for. Very professional and friendly people to work with. Scheduled the installation and they came on time and did an excellent job. Am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend to others. No issues whatsoever.

No issues whatsoever. Bill was very friendly and accommodating. I priced out insulation from five different contractors and his quote was competitive with or lower than all of them. He scheduled the job with me and asked permission before charging it to my card. His workers arrived on time and laid down plastic sheeting from the front door to the attic hatch. They spent approximately half a day prepping the attic and then blowing in insulation. While they were here they were friendly and answered the questions I had. Before they left they let me up into the accessway to take a look at the job, and cleaned up everything to the point that there was no sign in the house that they had been here. All of the subsequent discussions I had with Bill and Katie with respect to getting an invoice, rebate forms for Xcel Energy, etc. have been very candid, friendly and professional. Katie even swung by to drop off the rebate forms instead of mailing them. I'd definitely recommend them.
