Very friendly staff.

I had trouble getting ahold of someone to actually schedule and appointment at first. Once I got in touch with someone they were great. They got me scheduled right away and answered all my questions. The tech showed me the things I’ll need fixed in the spring, and what needs to be fixed but could wait if money is a problem. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use them again!

The technician arrived on time and did a great job! One thing to note: Conserva makes it very clear when you schedule the winterization that the technician will provide a review of your existing system - and there will ALWAYS be recommendations based on that review. You can take it as Conserva trying to up-sell their products/ services, but I took it as a learning experience to become more knowledgeable about my sprinkler system.

The person who winterized my system was very helpful and gave me some helpful hints about my system. The only complaint I have,(and it is a petty one,) is that they quoted me $69 on the phone but then billed me for $70. I know it is only a dollar but still...

I needed an extension of my existing irrigation system to a newly landscaped area across the road. This involved tunneling under the road and adding new sprinkler heads. Conserva was excellent from the start. Their customer service lady is one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered at a company. She clearly is perfect for her job. As a customer, the front line is one of the most critical aspects of a business and can influence the entire experience. Brett came out promptly, assessed my system, was very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done. He offered a couple alternatives. Because I had the maximum number of sprinkler heads on my system, I needed a new system and he installed a new Toro system with more advanced features. He got the necessary city approval and kept me abreast of the status regularly. The installation went well and system seems to be functioning properly. When the box started to fall off the wall in my garage due to a loose screw, the customer service lady was so apologetic and Brett stopped by the same day after his work (7pm!!!) to fix it. Wonderful people, great service! I highly recommend them.

It took more than one call to set it up. But once scheduled, the crew was on time, courteous and efficient. Do plan on using them in the Spring as well.

I would be very careful hiring this company. By not being true to their word they have put my whole irrigation system at risk. VERY disappointed in Conserva. This is still unresolved and winter is upon us.

I called for an appointment and they showed up the next day. They are cheaper than the company I used before too. $65 Very happy with their service.

Conserva generally did a good job. On the first visit charged $500+ to update sprinklers and repair a few leaks. Left a zone open and spewing water. Asked to return to finish, came back a couple days later and charged another $150+. Called and discussed the matter with owner and he made it right.
