We wanted a drainage system installed under the deck since we have a walkout with a patio below. It was installed correctly and we are very pleased with the results. We now can enjoy our outdoor living areas without any concerns of patio furniture getting wet below the newly replaced maintenance free deck . "My experience with Designer Spaces has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, their proposal seemed solid, and I had high hopes for the project. However, once the contract was signed, everything went downhill. They did start the project a few months after the contract was signed but then left it unfinished so that my patio was unusable for almost a year. They completely ghosted me—ignoring my calls and text messages for months. I was left in the dark, with no idea what was happening or when the work would finish. When Designer Spaces finally bothered to show up to finish they blatantly skipped a part of the job without so much as a heads-up or explanation. Their total lack of communication and disregard for the agreed-upon work is unacceptable. I strongly advise against hiring Designer Spaces. Their unprofessionalism, unreliability, and blatant disregard for their clients’ time and money are appalling. Choosing them was a huge mistake that I deeply regret."
