 + -1 moreDan determined that the router was the problem, and performed numerous tests to ensure that this was the case. He recommended an appropriate replacement router and assisted my father with the installation and software configuration, and made sure that all was working seamlessly before he left. He also made sure that the printer on the wireless network was working properly as well. Dan's communication and dedication to making sure his customers needs are met is top-notch and I would heartily recommend his services to anyone living in the Grand Rapids area.
