Description of Work: Way too slow..didn't start work before 10:30..11:00AM. (couple times 9:30)Some days not 'til 1PM. Had to repeatedly tell some of the help how to do everything step by step..everytime. Very beginning said he would stay at it 'til it was done, didn't do that either. Yard kept caving in with rain..but..if you watch the weather, you would come earlier and finish! Had to call the job off one day, raining too hard and the other time..was suppose to be inspected. He was going to backfill and not have this done. Many issues..many people said to find someone else..but not many people want to take over someone elses mess.
