 + -1 moreEither the measurements were wrong that were taken on site or when they cut them to fit, they were too long. I did not get the back splash i ordered. As a result of them being to long we had to move the base cabinets, stove and refrigerator so they would work. We had to move the bottom of the window jam up as high as we could go to have some reveal of the jam above the back splash. The glue on the end of the counter top by the stove keeps coming loose. When we asked the sales person what size screw to use he told us 1/4 inch longer then it should have been. We went out and purchased the screws and the first screw we put in made a small bump in the counter top; therefore the size of the screw was wrong. So now I have a little bump in my counter top that cannot be fixed.
Description of Work: He came out and measured kitchen counter tops and cut them to size.

Description of Work: Replaced/repaired kitchen floor w/ceramic and Cherry wood dining room and den floor that was damaged by water leaking from our newer Sears dishwasher that was defective (dishwasher had previously been purchased and installed by Sears in Duluth). Floor to Ceiling was responsive to our repair & installation needs.

Description of Work: Floor to Ceilings store is a little small so looking at samples can be difficult but the employees are very helpful. |I purchased a small piece of vinyl flooring and a small countertop. The person who installed the vinyl floor did an unbelievable job. |My wife and I are going to be doing a larger project and we are looking at other flooring in Grand Rapids. Still haven't decided who we are going to go with.
