 + 1 moreDan responded within a day and set up an appointment for assessing the damage. He was very professional and clear about the costs and time table after seeing the job. His crew was punctual and there has been no leaking since they fixed it.

 + 2 moreAll work was done very professionally and on time. If there were any changes we wanted done (even after they started) they were very professional and did what we asked. They are very reasonable on their prices and do QUALITY work. I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.

 + 6 moreExcellent and found overall a good experience. Of course, we were sick from the damage that was found. The price you pay buying a home that is not carefully inspected.
Description of Work: Very Honest and Trustworthy! When he found a problem he would inform you and give you an estimate cost to repair. We had deteriorating problems with the lake home we bought. Dan showed us what and how the repairs could be done and it always fell short of the estimate cost. Which means it cost less than what he estimated. AND IT WAS DONE RIGHT! I recommend him highly for you can trust his judgement and workmanship. He never delayed to finish the job that was started and ALWAYS cleaned up every night before the crew went home. Dan would even call to see if everything was proper after six months of construction. Now, you show me who does the follow up. They refinished all the wood work interior. This means the ceiling, walls, cupboards, doors and trim. All hand sanded and finished. Put new shingles on the roof. Re-stained the outside of the home. Replaced 96 square feet outside wall which was totally rotten after removing the exterior siding. Did not know the wall was gone and found black mold. He was a life savior in finding the problem. The home inspector totally missed the decaying problems when we purchased the home. We are happy in the repairs he made especially the black mold problem. Highly Recommend!
