Description of Work: The folks from Designed Renovations of Minnesota have been doing work for me on several projects for years. We run a resort, visitor center and café along the North Shore, and have always had projects to work on, whether it is designing new themes for the rooms, or adding additions, renovating buildings, picking out colors or a certain kind of tile – they have always had good ideas and helped us get the job done. They just helped me design and set up our new visitor center, including the motif and even the accessories. We get many positive comments all the time from people stopping by. I can recommend Dave and Walt for any job, and what impressed me the most was that when there was not a clear answer, they brought in someone who had the answers. We always have to be concerned about the budget, and they would help me pick out the materials I liked, then they would find exactly what I wanted or something comparable, often at a lower price without sacrificing the first class look. Our first goal is to have our customers and guests enjoy their time with us, and having a great plan design and professional workmanship really pays off for us if our guests are relaxed and happy when they spend time here and keep coming back.
