WATER HEATERS ONLY

They were professional and prompt.

When Excel's HomeSmart folks told me that they couldn't get me a water heater to fit in my space and didn't know whether one was available, I called Water Heaters Only recently to inquire about getting a water heater because their name popped up on Angie's List. They handle commercial sales only, but they said they could get one in a few days. That, in itself, was a relief,. However, they also referred me to Adams On-Time Plumbing which did a first-class job. It only seems fair that they, too, should get a good review since they sent me a plumber who picked up the water heater the day it came in, installed it the next day first thing in the morning and were polite, professional and friendly throughout. I give kudos to Water Heaters Only for informing me that a water heater for my space was available and even more for also taking the time to refer me to Adams On-Time Plumbing

THE REPAIRMAN WAS PROMPT AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE DETERMINED THE BURNER AND IGNITION WERE RUSTY AND NOT CONNECTING PROPERLY, EVEN THOUGH THE HEATER IS ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD. HE REPLACED THE PARTS AND CHECKED EVERYTHING OVER. NO RECURRENCE OF PROBLEM AFTER A WEEK. PARTS WERE UNDER WARRANTY. PAID FOR LABOR.

THEY WERE ON TIME. HE HAD TO DRAIN THE WATER HEATER BECAUSE THE ELEMENT WAS ON THE BOTTOM. IT TAKES ABOUT 45 MINS TO DRAIN AND I TOLD HIM HE GO TO ANOTHER CALL THAT WAS CLOSE BY AND CAME BACK IN ABOUT 30 MINS. HE TOOK CARE OF MY ELECTRIC SWITCH SO THAT THE WATER HEATER WOULD START HEATING RIGHT AWAY INSTEAD OF STARTING TO HEAT THE NEXT DAY.
