Description of Work: Everything went reasonably well until the end. Then the provider did 2 things that were unnecessary. He tried to sell me something that I likely do not need, Second - and most egregious - he told me personal stories and gave opinions about my employer (light rail) that were completely uncalled for. I hate it when people use me for their bully pulpit.

Description of Work: Total Comfort installed a new air conditioner, humidifier and furnace in my parent's home. They were friendly, prompt and professional. They answered all of our questions and we are especially enjoying their work now as the warm weather sets in! We are very, very happy with their work.

Description of Work: They put in a new furnace and humidifier. Came when they said, installed it in one day. We have had no problems since the installation. Only problem was the energy rebate form was sent to the wrong company, which initially might have been our fault. We told them about it but they forgot to send the form in again. After several months with no rebate, we inquired about it. They admitted they forgot to resend it. They subsequently sent it in and we got our rebate. This is a minor complaint; we have no complaints about the products or installation.

Description of Work: I was told by a customer service rep. that the technician would be able to repair my furnace, but after he was here he informed me that he would not be able to repair my furnace. I felt this was misleading. Had I known that the company was only coming out to inspect my furnace, I would have gone with a much cheaper bid. I am very disappointed with the service.

Description of Work: We purchased a 16-Point A/C Tune-Up through the deals section on Angies List at the end of May. confirmations and follow up to the purchase were sent very promptly. Service has not been officially scheduled or completed, so I cannot review the quality of work, etc. yet. | |The only thing I would say could use a little improvement would be to provide some sort of estimate of when service date/time availability BEFORE purchase. I think we are going to have to wait until sometime in July now to have this service executed. Had we known we would have to wait this long, we may have opted to pay a little more for a provider who could perform service in a more timely manner.
