Tad and Andrew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made my three year old daughter giggle! Work was done quickly, and with obvious skill. They explained everything to us in a way we could understand, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. I was sad to see them leave!

The work and service were both excellent. The furnace needed some post installation adjustments and this was done immediately and without delay.Both the sales person and the twos installing service technitions were very knowledgable and very responsive and accommodating.

Ever person we dealt with from the technician, to the salesman, to the installers were very professional. They answered every question, Delivered everything I needed from evaluation to new installation all within 4 days. They were very clean and practiced social distancing as best as possible. I would use this company for any heating and cooling need I will ever experience.

We used A-ABC (Total Comfort) for our first furnace/a.c. replacement, in 1998. I liked the service they provided enough that I became a member of their annual maintenance program. So, when it came time to replace the old unit, it was a no-brainer to go with them again. Steve (sales) came out and talked us through what we needed, without over-selling us things that we didn't. The cost easily came in under the budget I had set for the project. With that, Ryan and Alec (installers) came out and did the replacement. It took a number of hours but they were professional and diligent. When done, Ryan walked me through a number of things that they had done and what was different from the previous setup. I highly recommend giving Total Comfort a call, if you are need of a new furnace and air conditioner.

It went very well. The sales rep Greg did a great job communicating, explaining. we had to reschedule once but it worked out fine. The project completed very fast from consultation to finishing installing. HomeDepot promotion and Excel rebates make the price more affordable. Special call out to thank the installers - Mat & Jeff. They did a great job putting everything together and cleaned up everything after. They are courteous, understanding and listening to our needs. explained well how do I maintain my old humidifier still in place after replacing with a new furnace. Great job overall. Thank you!

We have absolutely enjoyed our experience with Total Comfort. I was approached by someone at Home Depot who was incredibly kind and professional letting me know they have some deals going on and are offering free quotes. We just bought a house and I know our Furnace has never been replaced (1974 original). From every phone conversation, to the gentleman from Total Comfort who showed up for to provide quote, we were blown away. Steve was awesome and incredibly informative when walking us through the potential quote and details. The deals were great so we decided we would go ahead and replace Furnace & AC. We really trusted them and love that they are backed by Home Depot. When the techs came out for replacements they were awesome to work with and professional, they even laid down covering on the floor/stairs. After installation, Ryan Billy spent about 45 minutes walking us through and educating us on the new units. We are thrilled. We shopped around and we got a great price and we really feel taken care of.

As planned, Kevin arrived at the scheduled time. He confirmed that my a/c is in optimal health. I purchased the unit from Total Comfort six years ago and they have maintained it annually since. I highly recommend Total Comfort for HVAC service.

We recently purchased a new home furnace and central air through Total Comfort Heating/Home Depot to replace our 47 year old Lennox. Total Comfort provided great communication as to the process and scheduling of the installation. The Techs notified us when they were on their way for the installation which was one day before a serious snow storm was coming through. Upon arrival they were a little set back by the age and installation of the existing furnace. They eagerly jumped on the task which was being done in conjunction with gas conversion from propane to natural gas and a new hot water heater which required running a new gas line to the exterior of the house. They worked non-stop and by the end of the day they completed everything with the exception of connecting up the air conditioner. I believe the techs went far and beyond there scope of work including bringing our hot water up to code, They provided advice and the know how to improve the air in our home with this new machine which I have completed with a noticeable difference. I highly recommend this company and will be utilizing their services in the future

I had this service about 7-8 years ago...but in retrospect I should have placed this review much earlier. This was one of those in house Home Depot deals where they offer to have someone come out to check out your furnace...I figured what the heck, since I have no way of knowing how the furnace is functioning and I just wanted a price for down the road if it died and what we would be in for. So...I was having zero issues with my whole system, the only complaint I had was that the top level in our house never seems to maintain the air/heat perfectly. Anyway, the sales guy came out and looked at my furnace and quickly, right off the bat said "you have a cracked heat exchanger (okay, in hindsight, I have now found out that this is a classic, scare the homeowner scam to get you to buy a new furnace--my gut at the time felt like something was a bit off and I felt a lot like I was at a car lot with a car salesman getting the pitch) and if you ever want to sell the house down the road you will have to get the furnace replaced." Then the heavy, pushy selling started...get this, get that...might as well replace it all (furnace, air conditioner, additional duct work). Also, why not add in a air filtration system on top of it...plus we are offering a deal that if you sign up today for all of it you get a free iPad. BUT, you must sign up today. I figured well, if I have to get it done if I am ever going to sell, I might as well do it now and get the benefit of it while I am living here. So, I got suckered in to a $13k+ project. The installers were very good and thorough so that went well. Fast forward a few years...all seems to be running smoothly except the outside temperature monitor for the thermostat broke and the air filtration system is crap. I dread the VERY burdensome process of cleaning that thing(there are numerous steps and filters that you have to clean often). Don't believe the sales pitch either when they tell you won't have to buy furnace filters again crap they tell you and this is so worth it...it is not. The amount of time and work that goes into it, paying for furnace filters is a better deal by far. I also find that my house is much dustier than before I had it and I don't really notice any difference in air quality. I also understood when I bought it that it could be serviced under the plan and they would clean the air collection filters (the two big ones)...that is NOT the case. They will not thoroughly clean it and will charge you extra to do what you are already doing yourself. My advice: 1) If they say your heat exchanger is cracked...get another opinion from another place. Maybe it is cracked...or maybe they are just scamming you...just know it is one of the biggest scams out there. 2) Don't do like I did and fall into that high pressure sales pitch that you HAVE TO SIGN UP TODAY or you lose a free whatever, special price, offer, etc. Those are all scams that just make the consumer have to sign up under pressure. 3) DO NOT BUY that Trane Clean Effects Air Filtration system...it is crap...you will thank me later from all the time, energy and frustration you will save from that junk. Just keep your furnace filters and save wasting a half hour plus of your time every few weeks cleaning the filters on the air filtration system...that doesn't even seem to work very well. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Overall good. Showed up a day early to install the furnace. No call. Follow up call concerning area not sealed up with no answer or return call.

team of experts came for the installation in the morning and have been working all the day. Finally they said that the fan in the furnace is not working. This left me with a night with out home heating. I have to take the kids to my friends home for the sleep over. This is an additional hassle for me. I have to work form home today to be available for your team. Your technician told me that he would be getting another furnace tomorrow which makes me to work from home from another day. I am a contractor and every day is crucial for me. As the brand new one your team installed today failed to operate, I am getting questions on the longevity of the furnace installed. On the whole I am disappointed with the kind of service I am receiving.
