GREAT. Scott Horn and his crew were all excellent--on time, courteous, communicative, and very skilled. Got the whole job done in one long day to better accommodate us. Could not be happier with their work and with the results.

Overall good. Showed up a day early to install the furnace. No call. Follow up call concerning area not sealed up with no answer or return call.

team of experts came for the installation in the morning and have been working all the day. Finally they said that the fan in the furnace is not working. This left me with a night with out home heating. I have to take the kids to my friends home for the sleep over. This is an additional hassle for me. I have to work form home today to be available for your team. Your technician told me that he would be getting another furnace tomorrow which makes me to work from home from another day. I am a contractor and every day is crucial for me. As the brand new one your team installed today failed to operate, I am getting questions on the longevity of the furnace installed. On the whole I am disappointed with the kind of service I am receiving.

They were wonderful. My hvac failed T the hottest time of the year. They were there quickly at a time convenient for me. The problem was found but, because of the age of the unit was unavailable. A new more efficient unit was obtain with affordable financing.

Overall, was very pleased with the service from Total Comfort and their Technician Bryan Nelson. Bryan informed me that our AC was not running as optimally leading to less coolant being used. He recommended I consider a new hard start assist kit that would help extend the life of the AC. Bryan didn't pressure me into making this decision but simply informed me and let me make the decision. I have used Total Comfort for our AC/Heating needs for several years and have been part of their Preferred Client Club.

My air conditioner was a tricky case, but I have no complaints at all. They're thorough, they stand by their work, their rates are competitive, and they're professional.

This was a very disappointing experience. We had a nasty cold snap and our furnace kept shutting off . . . resulting in cold home. Technician came out and diagnosed major problems with furnace, charged a hefty fee, and recommended total replacement of furnace . . . even suggested it might be dangerous to keep it running through the -20 degree cold. Had a competitor come out the next day, and turns out it was just a matter of opening up some interior venting so that furnace wouldn't overheat. Everyone makes mistakes, but failure to diagnose, plus unwarranted alarmism, plus high cost, equals failure. Also felt that technician was flippant at times. Don't like to leave poor reviews, but sorry this was a big whiff in my opinion.

Brian kept me posted on his arrival time (which was well within the promised window) and was great about explaining what he was going to do and what things I could do to extend the life and efficiency of my heating systems. He was very upfront on pricing and options and helped me take advantage of some pricing specials that I would not otherwise have been aware of. It ended up being a very good price and excellent service.

We have been with Total Comfort as a Preferred Client Club member for 10+ years and have always received great service with both our summer and winter tune up visits. We have known Brian, our technician, for many of those yeas - he is the best! We have also purchased new furnace & air conditioner with TC with the same good service. No pressure - they matched us with units that fit our needs without 'up sell' pressure or additional add ons. Thank you TC!

Brian the tech did a very thorough job. He explained several issues with my furnace and potential remedies. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I'd ask for him again.

I called September 26th and scheduled a furnace tune up for October 5th between 8:00 a.m. and noon. I called on October 3rd and requested that it not be on the late end of that time period because we had to attend a funeral at 12:30. They said they would be here earlier. On October 4th they called and said they could not provide service to me on the 5th and the next available date would be November 6th! I am really frustrated with their telling me they could do something and then the next day cancelling the appointment.
