I purchased a house and wanted 6 locks rekeyed. I had been quoted the service call price and per lock price, and the per key price; all seemed reasonable. The person who arrived was unprofessional and slightly creepy. He seemed like he had never done locksmith work. He struggled to remove the deadbolts and really struggled to reinstall them. He was unable to remove the cylinder from a lockset to rekey it. After messing with it so much that it wasn't working smoothly any longer, he wanted to sell me a lockset that he could rekey. I reluctantly agreed because the price wasn't bad. Then he was unable to remove the old lockset and wanted to pry it off the door. After four hours he had rekeyed 4 of the 6 locks. I had listened to him mumble and grunt as he struggled to do a job that seemed to me he should be an expert at. I told him to put the old lockset back together. I paid him and told him to leave. By this time it was getting dark and he lingered. I told him to get out of my house and he finally left. I have dealt with a lot of service people but this was the worst that I can recall. Stay away from this company.
