Had issues with door that was ordered. Than solutions after that didn't go well.

I am asking for a refund, my walls have spots all over that are not painted, refund please as I will not use you again. Wasted a lot of my time..I am disabled and really hate to take the time to do again. Please refund my money so I can use it for another person who I know will do a great Job. A professional looked at this and feels horrible as to how bad job it is.REFUND ASAP

The company completed a list of fixings around the house. The gentlemen they sent were very professional and knowledgeable. They are very quick in getting things done. The customer service person I talked on the phone, Renee, is very kind. I forgot to mention a few items when the first handyman completed the first scheduled service. Renee went out of her way to find someone who can come to the house the following day. I am very satisfied with the repaires they'd done.

Terrell showed up on time was consistent in his work called me to verify work to be done, patient, kind, and listened very carefully to instructions. Confirm work to be done when necessary, cleaned up after work is done and requested a walkthrough to make sure the work was completed to specs. I will definitely hire him again.

Paid for two hours of service time to have an individual come and fix several windows in my rental property. He managed to fix exactly zero of the windows and even forgot to pick up the parts from the hardware store for the one window that he deemed the "easiest". Complete waste of money.

Showed up on time and gave good advice re project.

They gave me a quote of $200 and charged me over $700. They were late for the appointment and didn't leave until 9:30 pm to put a closet door back on track and install a new faucet. They have not returned my calls or my money.
