Monty did a good job on the presentation of the company and the value of the product. Also be able to find us the right financing and discount according to our needs. The only thing I would change is to abbreviate the initial marketing part and avoid duplication of information.

I was very impressed by how fast they removed our old shower and tub! They said it would take 2 days and they were finished in 2 days! Our house was built in 1959 and this is the first inside big remodel we've done. We are very happy!!! Mary E.

Keep daily eyes on work quality...

We hired them October 16th, 2017. Today is January 7th, 2018 To date NO WORK has been done. I have asked for a refund of my deposit. The only time I have heard from them is after an email asking what is going on.

The installer was super fast, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. He’s the 7th subcontractor I’ve had over in the last 4 months for various other projects and by far the best. His work is impeccable!

Install is still a couple months out. Sales demo was very informative. Jennifer was most accommodating when our appt was interrupted due to emergent need to leave on our part. She came back 2 hours later and finished the process. Looking forward to upgrading 66 year old windows

Great experience, very refreshing working with a company that actually does what is expected in Portland as it seems very hard to find. From the supplier dropping off the materials to the crew doing the work, very professional and great workmanship.

Excellent workers worked in freezing and windy conditions

We had our roof replaced and part of the siding on our house replaced in late October/early November. Most importantly, our gutters were severely damaged as part of the roof job and my husband and I have called DaBella a dozen times over the last 4 weeks. We have been told the gutter crew would call us, and told the gutter crew would come out on the coming Saturday, but no one shows up and no one calls back. I keep calling the office back and they have no idea what I’m talking about. My gutters are cracked and spraying water all over the house and walkways and now I’m going to have to pay for them myself because DaBella won’t take responsibility and replace what was working perfectly before this. Also, the sales rep was terrible—we were told to expect 45 minutes for our appointment to have the roof assessed and he over stayed his welcome there for 3 hours babbling on and on trying to up sell and chat. I was clearly getting ready for work and making dinner in the background and he just kept talking and talking about how great DaBella is. He incorrectly told us many things: we were told there would be a post-project inspection, which the office told later that they rarely do that and we must have been told wrong; we were told that we wouldn’t have to start paying the roof loan until we were satisfied with the work, and the bill showed up in the mail before the project was done; we were told everything would be put back together, but the siding crew removed all our light fixtures and said they are not responsible for putting it back up; we were told the whole project would take 2-3 days and it took 2 weeks. I am so angry with this company and I will never recommend them.

They offer pre-painted Hardy Plank high-quality siding with good quality work. However, please note that they don't offer painting services, so, e.g., if you need to get eaves etc. painted to match, then you'll also need to hire somebody else. Putting back electrical lamps etc. may also be an issue.

This is the company to go to for roofing!! Other than a few missed call backs on there part, they were some fine folks to deal with.Can`t write a complete review till we have been through a winter than I would be able to say more. But if I had to do over it would be DaBella Exteriors. But be prepared to pay a lot higher price. Sierra Marshall & Aleksandr Antonov were there pitch or sales people they were very helpful during there sales pitch.

DaBella is great to work with, however, their follow up service is lacking and their pricing was above industry standards.

The consultation with joel and curtiss was very informative. I learned alot, and the pricing was very similar to the competition with being a far superior product. Payment options were very flexible with 0% interest.

DaBella moved in, attacked the project quickly and thoroughly. The only problem we had was that the truck filled with tear-off material was not very efficient at moving it out. They left the loaded truck on the street in front of our house over a weekend. Also, the tear-off crew had to quit working several times because the truck was full and they couldn't get a driver to haul stuff away and bring an empty truck. DaBella was very professional in their presentation and followthrough.

DaBella Exteriors LLC As with every transaction there are checks and balances. Our subdivision was developed in 1972. Beginning last fall and into Spring four houses on the block had new roofs installed, plywood to shingles et al. A new roof for this year was in our budget. It was a matter of who. I had plans to ask the neighbors of new roofs. Perfect time for canvassing the neighborhood DaBella. The canvasser scheduled an appointment for a presentation which would take up to 2 hrs., depending on our level of interest. Tip : Have a calculator and verify the footage and cost, less discount and deposit figures. The notebook presentation, by Eddie and Asher, given thoroughly from front cover to back, did take about two hours. We didn't halt the salesmen and send them on their way since we liked the products, warranty and installation process as described and samples shown to us. The appointment included an inspection of the existing roof. My husband accompanied them as they went into the attic areas inspecting the roof from the inside. He's been in those areas several times throughout the years. I only crawled and duck-waddled rafters once, that was enough for me. The end of May and it's hot. Pictures were snapped and, yes, we needed new plywood to boot. We went over the cost and signed a contract. Before the appointment, I confirmed the bonding license was current to 2017 and active status. I asked for a copy of their certificate of insurance which was emailed to me a few days later, again current-to-year. Tip #1 verify the figures. We did. However, the salesman accidentally subtracted the discount figure from the roof base price when it should have been the deposit being subtracted. We caught that mathematical error a day after the full balance had been paid. After some calls to the salesman and customer service all was made right. A check refund for overpayment was mailed and received three weeks later. Be patient, accounts payable is what it is. Reminder: Be flexible. There's an incentive, the discount. Estimated installation date and completion date can go a few days beyond the estimated dates. In our case, contract signed end of May with installation done the last four days of July. Catch 22: It's totally up to DaBella's discretion. The "scheduler" is moving roofing crews from project to project, coordinating supply orders and dumpster deliveries, as well as the "fit-it-to my-timeframe" customer. The "gotcha" is if the customer alters scheduling and is not flexible, the discount is null and void. Roofing crewman, Francisco, and co- worker, Artemas, were punctual, polite, professional, courteous, diligent and conscientious. They were on our roofing project from start to end, four days. On the second day, however, three other roofers came onsite. Midway through with new plywood on full front of roof, one of the new guys informs me we need more plywood.
