It was an easy process of working with them and when I had problems with construction and following schematics, they amended documents to make the cost and ease of installation better. bottom line is that the were professionals and I would work with them again.

Unfortunately- the first time buyers got cold feet and were "not comfortable" anymore due to the damaging false report by the mold specialist who represented himself as a engineer. CBS gave a full report of the foundation. They recommended some grading be redone around the home. The foundation is solid. I can not say enough good things about CBS and their professionalism!

Although the renovation focused on one part of the house, they were kind enough to explain the load structure to the whole house which answered many more questions on other projects under consideration. Being new to the neighborhood, with the several options we discussed to achieve my goal, they were kind enough to get a quote from a local builder to give an idea on what price point each option would cost. I would highly recommend CBS for any home structural analysis. They were kind, competent, and cared about my needs to achieve my goal with the budget I had. Great job! We hired Complete Building Solutions to have them evaluate a home that we were hoping to buy. There were some walls that we wanted to take out to open up the space, and we wanted to know if they were load bearing or not. They were very responsive right away, were able to fit us in quickly, were punctual, and spent time thoroughly evaluating everything. We ended up buying the house, and 3 days into it as we were doing demo, we came across something that made us concerned that one of the walls we were removing was in fact load bearing. We called them back (a few months after the initial assessment), and again they were responsive. They had someone out there to look at it with us within 30 minutes. They took the time to look at it again, and were able to reassure us that it was OK to remove the wall as they had originally told us. They did this second assessment at no charge. It was such a relief, and we were so thankful for their help. We would definitely use them again, and recommend their services to others.

It went very well. The technician was very friendly and gave me a detailed overview of my system and its condition. He also gave me suggestions on improving the sprinkler's effectiveness to get the most out of it.

This company is AWESOME!! They were at my property within hours of the incident. They were very professional and caring. The consultant and engineer were very thorough in their investigation, they used the different formulas involved in deciding if a structure is safe or not. Best of all they had the report certified and ready to send off to the insurance company in a couple days. CBS is the BEST!!

I was looking for peace of mind that interior walls we were looking to remove could be removed/weren't structural, and that is exactly what Complete Building Solutions provided. My calls and emails were answered promptly, and Corey/Bruce arrived right on time for my appointment. They inspected the attic space and roof trusses, as well as the walls that were to come down, and followed up with a professional written assessment of their findings. It went great! They came out and explained everything that was wrong with the work that was done, as well as what led to the issues in the first place. They provided us with a write-up to provide to the concrete company, explaining exactly what needed to be fixed. They also helped us negotiate with the concrete company to get them to make the repairs under their original workmanship warranty, rather than charging us a second time to do it the right way. Even though it was not what we asked them to come out for, while they were at our place, they spent a few minutes looking into a structural problem that was causing our living room floor to be uneven. We had been thinking it was something we were going to have to pay 5-10k to get re-leveled, but they showed us how we could get it fixed for only $400! They recommended a contractor who came out and did it within a few weeks, and the person they recommended did an excellent job. After their original review, they continued to work with us through the whole process of getting our garage fixed by the concrete company. They showed up on-site the day we were having the work done, and inspected the work to make sure the concrete company was doing everything correctly. Rob was extremely flexible in order to meet our schedule. The concrete company made scheduling very difficult, as were not willing to commit to a date until the very last minute. Even after we had a time and date set with the concrete company, and made the appointment to have Rob come out, the concrete company called to reschedule last minute. Bob went above and beyond to work us into his schedule, so that he could be on site the day of the repair in order to inspect the work. In addition to doing a great job with the work, Rob and Bruce were a pleasure to work with. They were very friendly, and knowledgeable on their subject mater. They went above and beyond to help us out in any way they could. We really appreciate their help and would definitely hire them again.
