Braaten Masonry and Concrete

I did contact them and I got them scheduled to come and do the job at the end of September. They actually came out, looked at the job and gave me a bid. The first time that they came out was in the spring, maybe around April or May. I was in such a state of panic discovering that this is taking place in my basement. Overall, I was just freaking out and they came out, looked at it and said, "Yeah, we are going to tear the walls down and rebuild it." As far as how I had any reaction to them, they were two young guys and so I thought, "Well, they do not know what they are talking about." And then, I had another company come and look at it because they said that they could fix it with bracing an anchoring system. Well, that company came out and inspected it, gave me an estimate and then when their crew came out to fix it they said, "There is no way that we can fix that. It has to be replaced." So then I called Braaten back and told them that I was in fact going to need their services and I elected not to have it done until the end of September because it is going to involve tearing up my yard and I want to enjoy my garden for the summer. I was like, "This thing is not going anywhere. It is what it is so I will deal with the mess in the fall." So, they plan on coming back at the end of September and they will contact me before that because I have some things that I want to talk to them about first. They came out like the next day after I called them.

Everything seemed to go smoothly. Brett was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
