They have coupons in the yellow pages for the first visit, they give an estimate before work starts, and they are reasonably priced. They showed up on time and did the work that was discussed.

These people are very cordial, and are predatory in their pricing. For a relatively small job, not exceeding 5 or 6 hours according to other experienced plumbers, I received a bid of $1750. I refused the bid and received a bill for this very small job--about an hour of work. I have no doubt they are adequate as professionals. Their prices are insane. Having recently completed a very big kitchen renovation in a New Jersey suburban city, I was not inexperienced as to the approximate costs of plumbing services. Perhaps because on the Iron Range, many people are handy and do much of this work themselves, a plumbing company must prey upon divorcees and widows who have no choice. Any way you slice it, they are gouging their customers. Run in the opposite direction.
