C R SCHMITZ CONSTRUCTION

We found Mr. Schmitz through the yellow pages. BEST find in the yellow pages ever, and BEST contractor we have ever used on either of our homes. We called Mr. Schmitz, he set the time and day he'd be there to come and speak with us--AND HE SHOWED UP!! He is very professional, but seasoned well with friendliness, so we were very comfortable with him. He didn't push any excessive work, and even helped us decide what DIDN'T need to be done. We explained our finances, and he respected that without trying to get any additional work out of us. He explained options without any pressure, he measured, ordered and when the windows were in, and the weather worked for the job, he set the date--and again, HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. We were amazed that ONE PERSON could work so fast, and have such quality workmanship. He had all the work done in about 2 1/2 days. He was understanding of our household of children (and dogs), and just worked patiently around their chaos. :) Another thing that we found really intriguing was that he could read our needs/interests, and even the trim was done exactly as we wanted, without us being able to put the thoughts into words. We HIGHLY recommend him, and plan to call him in the future for other projects we'd like to get done. If you are looking for someone to work on your projects, THIS IS THE MAN!! You won't be disappointed.
