Eric and his yeam were wonderful. My budget was respected and any changes were carefully explained so i knew the impact on the budget. They started and completed the project on time! The work was top notch. They took the time to fix issues that were discovered that were not required but would make my home more comfortable. The house was spotless when they left. I highly recommend Swencraft!

Working with Eric and his team was amazing. Right from the initial meeting with Eric where he was able to break down every part of the project and give us an accurate estimate we knew we were going to enjoy the process of working with Swencraft. Everyone on his team was amazing. Jeremy the plumber rocked it and was able to totally transform the room with a toilet and a sink into an actual beautiful functional bathroom. Nate the electrician was wonderful to work with and we were able to add a lot of little quality of life changes to the greater basement on top of the specific things he was doing for the remodel. Eric's family: Jade, Brody & Michelle were all great to work with as well. Jade and Brody were nice to have around during the days and Michelle helped with finish decisions to really make the project complete. You know it's a good sign when you legitimately miss the contractors after they spend almost every day for several months in your house working on a project!

We had a wonderful experience with Swencraft. We did a large remodel that took over our home for months, and are so happy we chose to work with Eric, Jade and Brody. Their pricing was fair and workmanship was excellent. They were easy to work with and were transparent throughout the job. What we appreciated the most was their customer service. Whenever we had a question or concern they were quick to respond, even months after the project was complete. Overall, we'd highly recommend Swencraft.

I recently hired Swencraft to do a partial basement remodel, and they did a terrific job. Eric and his team were easy to work with, friendly, and the final product was exactly what we wanted.

Swencraft was recommended to me by a friend after having two other contractors fall through. The number one thing that sets Swencraft above other contractors is their communication. Eric was very responsive to emails and questions. He was realistic and upfront about the schedule, and stuck to it. I was never worried about the project falling through once it was in Swencraft’s hands. Eric is also great at explaining what needs to be done and how they’re going to go about doing it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a hard working crew got my project done fast! The only downside (if you call it one) of Swencraft was the waitlist. It took several months to get to my project because of the amount of projects they have. Eric was very upfront about this so it wasn’t a surprise, just something to be aware of. I would 100% hire Swencraft again! If you need some remodeling done, reach out to Swencraft and get on their list. They’re worth it!

I am absolutely thrilled with everything that Swencraft provided throughout my remodel. From the time spent on the very initial phone call to the detailed proposal, thoughtful suggestions for my remodel, and their meticulous execution at every step of the way, Swencraft was impeccable. This was the third major project we've had Swencraft do for us. We keep going back to them because we've always liked the work they've done. Eric and Jade have always been very nice to work with. They're very professional and do excellent work. They're very responsive to any questions we have and they always keep us fully informed and let us know as soon as they can of any unexpected things that crop up.

Eric's company did a renovation in our kitchen and living room last year. This week we had an issue with the dishwasher that disconnected from the granite. I emailed Eric - and he came right out to fix it. I really appreciate companies that stand by their warranty and are so customer service focused. Thanks Eric!!

Transformative! That is the best way to describe our kitchen remodel with Swencraft. From the design process through construction and the final result, Eric was easy to work with, kept us informed about the schedule and any changes or issues along the way. This project was more than new cabinets and flooring. This was a redesign of our 66-year-old kitchen. During the design, Eric’s experience guided us between our dream vision and what is practicable while keeping our budget in mind too. Michelle provided her interior design insight to our choice of colors, lighting, and flooring to bring it all together. Swencraft’s cabinet maker, Samuelson Custom Cabinetry, could not have worked out better for us. Outstanding quality and we have received many complements. During the construction, the team from Swencraft was friendly, prompt and did their best to mitigate the mess a project like this creates. Jade, the team lead also kept us informed to any issues that arose and was helpful in providing suggestions to mitigate problems down the road. Again, the team’s quality of work cannot be overstated. The remodel finished on schedule and the end result was better than we imagined. I still just stand in the kitchen and stare. If you are looking at a contractor for your remodel, we highly recommend Swencraft.

Swencraft did a very good job - they are very professional and easy to work with. We've used them in the past for a bathroom remodel which they did a very good job on, so we were comfortable using them for this year's project.

We did this in two phases, 4 years apart. We are very pleased with the workmanship and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. We took comfort in working with a smaller company because there was a more personal touch. They take pride in their work and want to do it right.

We had a complicated situation on several levels and Eric was knowledgeable, professional, as well as patient and understanding of our situation. Eric and his crew including his electrician and plumber were fantastic. They were on schedule even a little ahead. They worked with us doing some of the labor and purchases. There was alot if patching in new to existing sheetrock and ceilings textures all looms like it was done at the same time. The end result is just what we wanted and done with a fair price for the work that was done. We would gladly recommend Swencraft!

Eric and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. His crew is wonderful and super easy to work with, his cabinet and granite guys are great- and we are beyond happy with the results. We had a wall removed, an entire kitchen gutted and redone (including cupboard, appliances and countertops)c and floors/trim installed throughout our entire main level, and they were done at 4 weeks. We highly recommend Swencraft!

I can't say enough about the positive experience we had working with Swencraft. Eric and his team were very easy to work with from start to finish on our project. We appreciated their flexibility, willingness to suggest changes/improvements on our original design. Eric is an excellent communicator and he kept us up to date every step of the way. He and Jade were very patient and helped us navigate smoothly through the inevitable bumps in the road which occur in every remodel project. We thought the pricing was very fair and craftsmanship was excellent. Eric made sure we were beyond satisfied with every last detail. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful! Eric, his brother and their team were amazing start to finish! We will definetly hire them again. The tile in the tub surround is beautiful and straight as can be. They went above and beyond and addressed all our concerns. They were also about half the price as some of the big brands for the same work. Their electrician sub is also wonderful and he is coming back out for another project!

We were planning a main bathroom remodel, and contacted 4 companies. Swencraft responded quickly and provided an estimate at the time they had promised – the only company to do so. Eric listened to our requests and discussed options they might recommend. Swencraft was always responsive to any questions, comments, or suggestions we added to the proposal, as well as a few decisions we needed to make during the remodel. We had done other remodeling projects ourselves, and knew what to look for in quality materials and work. Swencraft folks (there were 3 working on this project) paid attention to details, didn’t take shortcuts, but took their time to make sure it was done right. The cabinetmaker and plumber that Eric recommended and worked on our project did excellent work. We were particularly pleased with the cabinet maker (Capstone) who discussed our preferences with us, and delivered the cabinets right on time. They were just what we wanted and the workmanship is excellent. We would not only recommend Capstone for cabinets,,, we would insist that you employ him. Eric, Jade, and Josh were always pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend Swencraft and will use them for other remodeling projects in the future.

It went great! Eric and his team were very courteous, and most impressively, stayed on budget. Given a couple of our appliance allowances, they actually came in slightly under budget. His team also came up with some work-arounds to some unexpected minor issues. And they did a great job -- passed all city inspections -- and were very responsive. They were not the cheapest quote for the job, but did the highest quality work, in a reasonable amount of time, and with a realistic quote. I cannot say enough good things about the job they did. A++ job. Will be happy to use Swencraft again when it comes time to do any other remodelling jobs.

From start to finish, the service we received was hands down amazing. It all started with Eric coming over to our house to give us a quote. Eric is just a genuine guy that is easy to talk to, and he doesn't try to "sell" anything. We discussed the 2 projects that we wanted to have done (finishing our basement and remodeling our laundry room into a mudroom/laundry room combo). Eric said that he could really see the vision of our ideas, and seemed excited about the projects. We wanted to hire him right after he left, but received a few more quotes just to do our due diligence. I will say that Swencraft was very reasonably priced. They were not the lowest bid that we got, but they were the best value - they offered more services and a very high quality finish. We had previously had our master bathroom remodeled with a different contractor, and that project was full of headaches. The lack of communication, extra billings, cheap finishes, etc left a bad taste in our mouths and we were hesitant to hire a contractor that we didn't know personally. However, the reviews were good, and our interactions with Eric had all been positive so we went with our gut, and we are so happy we did. Additional details regarding Swencraft and how they do business are discussed below: Communication: Swencraft exceeded our expectations with keeping us in the loop. We always knew what was going to be worked on in our house that day, and what was going to happen in the coming days. We were informed plenty in advance if there was anything we needed to do to prepare (pick out finishes, etc). During the project we could reach Eric by phone calls, texting and emailing, and his response time was very quick. Any question that we had, or any issue that came up was addressed same day which avoided any possible headaches. Additional fees: There were none - we paid the amount that was in our original bid. We were not up-charged for any service - the high quality was their standard. We did request some additional painting to be done and we paid for that, but that was our request. Again, talk about flexibility. We asked for additional work to be done, and they worked it into their schedule. Timing: Once we booked Swencraft, we were able to fit in their schedule about a month out which gave us time to pack up our basement. We were told it would be a 4 week project, and the project took exactly 4 weeks. Finishing an entire basement and remodeling an existing room is logistically a challenge as they are 2 completely separate projects. Swencraft has obviously been in business long enough as their plan of action was spot on and followed through perfectly. Because we were remodeling our laundry room, we had to go without our washer/dryer for a few days. Swencraft was amazing with asking us when would be a good time to shut down the machines, and then they worked very quickly to have the washer and dryer back up and running in less than a week. They understood that this was our house and did their best to keep it fully functional. Additional contractors: The electrician, plumber, cabinet maker, stone vendor, etc were all exceptional. We got to know each and every person that Swencraft worked with, and we would hire every single one of them for a solo job if needed. Everyone that came in our house was respectful and professional. Swencraft made our ideas come to life. Our basement is beautiful with a bedroom, entertainment room with dimmable rope lighting that gives a theater ambiance, and a bar area that fits in our nook so perfectly. Our laundry room now is more family friendly as we rearranged, created more space and added a mud room bench, coat hooks, etc. to make the space multi-purpose. We are talking about redoing our kitchen and we've already asked Swencraft if they'd be able to help us out with that project as well. You know you found a good contractor when you will consider using them again with no hesitancy. We are very happy with how the final product turned out, and look forward to working with Swencraft again in the future.
