Had Paul out to fix our skylights. He replaced a 3 foot section of shingles and made custom flashing. Great, honest, talented roofer. Very reasonable prices. Would never hire anyone else!

Paul was super knowledgeable and came up with solutions to some tricky areas on my roof. Great communication, reliable and easy to work with. His crew was efficient and cleaned up my yard well. The price was competitive. My roof looks great!

Paul made time to fix a few holes on our roof. He was on time, knowledgeable and completed the work as requested.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, was very professional, repaired a seal around a stack on our roof, and no problems since. He even showed us pictures to confirm what was done.

It went very well. Paul's prices were very good. He was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and did the work when he said he would. He sent us pictures to show us the work that had been performed. We would definitely hire Paul and Rooftech again.

As we were starting the project our city started road restrictions. Rooftek was able to get the product over to our home before the road restrictions started. They roof loaded all the shingles onto the top of my roof. If they hadn't done that we wouldn't have been able to get shingles to our home due to the road restrictions until after May 15. The job was started and completed 5-6 days later, because they had to deliver the shingles early due to the road restrictions. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They made sure to throw all of the debris off the roof onto the tarps they'd laid down and went over the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. The owner of the company was on site for most of the construction to make sure everything went smoothly.

It worked out great.

Paul came out in winter and stopped the leak. We had a section of our roof with water damage, I had expected him to replace that section in the spring. Paul found fault with the whole roof of our 3 season porch and he got approval with our insurance to replace the roof with a newer type of roof that is “in code”. I wholeheartedly recommend Rooftek.

Speaking as a professional builder, and having contracted Paul's services on many projects over the past 10 years, I can honestly say I highly recommend Rooftek Systems. When I hire Paul, I know I am getting the level of knowledge and hard-earned skills that come with a seasoned director and crew. Best of all, I know when I entrust a job to Paul, it will be done correctly and in a timely manner!

I have a very difficult and very detailed roof. I had a lot of other contractors walk away from the project because it was too difficult and time consuming. It was knit picky and precise. The reasoning is according to the Mold Dr in Minnesota, is one of the most mold resistant roofs probably in the entire city. It is old grove cedar in both the roof boards and rafters. On top of that we put in 5 ply fir sheeting, which is three times stronger than pine. To that we added the best foundation status is dimpling the nails before applying, most other contractors didn't want to do that, Rooftek said they would and he did, each and every nail. two nails in each old roof board, pulled all old nails out, even those sticking out versus pounded them back in, like a lot of other contractors would have. To that we added the re-decking of the fir plywood, according to code 6 inches part. The inspector knew that I was inspecting the home as well as the homeowner. The inspector stated that anything that would pass your standard will easily pass mine, because he had seen the work many times. Rooftek worked under the standard, performed to a professional standard as anybody could. Didn't cut any shingles on the roof, cut only on boards. Took as much care as possible. Any missed nail was hammered down correctly. Any problems with tearing up shingles with the roof, they started over if needed and refilling with silicone. Don't even remember having any problems with him. About as professional of a job as you could do. He also knew how to in addition for high skilled and craftsmanship, he was able to lay shingles under the back of the dormer roof and new paper was laid. The task was really difficult. Master-craftsman ship, beyond what most other roofers would be able to do. No possibility of the leak. Worked within our requirement of double sheeting. I wanted the roof to be perfect and I have high standards. Rooftek lived up to the high standards and beyond. Craftsmanship was beyond expectation. Rooftek maintained on time standards, cleaned up everything that needed cleaned up, maintained work and safety standards and also maintained a professional attitude. Rooftek understands what they were working with and understood the quality they needed to meet for quality standards. The maintained the 1/2" nail throughout the job. The roof was properly vented. We used GAF Timberline Shingles.
