Ron was very responsive, friendly, and full of all kinds of advice, from pointing out asbestos siding, to remodeling ideas, to how to save ink on my printer. He drove all over the place, 60+ miles radius from the Twin Cities, to look at properties with me. He helped me navigate a short sale and was a calming influence when my worries took hold. I recommend him highly.

Ron was my real estate agent and helped me find and negotiate the purchase of my first house. Throughout the process, he was exremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I was referred to Ron through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I was a first time home buyer and got some down payment assistance and needed someone who was able to help me through this process. Even though I was buying a starter home, Ron assured me that he worked for me, and that helping me find and get into my first home was his priority. After looking at several homes, I found one I wanted to put an offer on. It was a short sale, so I was a little hesitant on how long the process would take, and what condition it was in. After agreeing on a price with the seller and their bank, I got the inspection done. There were several things that needed fixing that I hadn't noticed before, but I still wanted the house. We counter offered again with a lower price, but I wasn't confident that they would agree to it, so I continued looking for other homes. I put in a couple other offers on other houses, but was not able to agree on a price. After a few weeks, the bank came back and actually agreed to a lower price on the short sale home. I finished all the paperwork with the lender and was set to close, when the appraisal and Home HELP inspection came back saying that I needed several things fixed, including painting, new gutters, mold removal, siding work ,etc. I was so disappointed because it looked like I would not be able to get the house, since the sellers did not have any money to make the necessary repairs. Ron told me he'd do whatever it took to get me in the home, and he did. He replaced the gutters, painted and hired a contractor to paint, repaired the siding, removed the mold, got my front step and patio door fixed and literally vacuumed and cleaned my house over the weekend so that it would pass the inspection. After all his hard work, it passed! I could not be happier and am so impressed with what he has done for me. My lender at Wells Fargo wrote me an email saying, and quot;FYI- I have never seen an agent like Ron who has gone above and beyond to get his client into a home. He is amazing!and quot; I feel so lucky to have worked with him and would recommend him to anyone.
