I had a kitchen window shatter from it being -20 degrees and was able to call them in to get it inspected quickly. When it was time to install the new glass Mr. Jeremy Glass was had been in communication with me to let me know his ETA, was able to replace the section of broken glass, and was able to re-install the window in the correct way vs how the house flippers before me decided to install it. Mr. Jeremy Glass was friendly, professional, and able to get everything done in less than 30 minutes.

The process was smooth and the price was competitive.

We had a bunch of windows that went bad. Foggy and spotted. We thought we needed to replace all those windows (not small windows either) and expected it would cost a fortune. So we called in the The Glass Guru after researching window replacement companies. We figured we get a quote from them and bring in one or two more for additional quotes thinking we would do this over a two or three year period. Leo showed up and looked at our windows and said that 7 window panes needed to be replaced not the whole window. He does a procedure were the glass is removed from the frame and replaced. There was a window my wife just didn't like and wanted a different type of window. After deciding on the window replacement, Leo gave us a quote for $3605. We were speechless. We figured we couldn't go to wrong if this went badly for that amount so decided right there and then and skipped the notion of getting quotes. We gave him a deposit of $1800 and he said it would be about 3 - 4 weeks to get the new window built and installed along with the other windows being repaired. As expected Leo called on the 3rd week to schedule an install date. This work was done today. Leo and Eric showed up at 10:00 am on time and worked all day until 5:00 pm doing the installs. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! What a professional job the two of them did. One particular window was high up and extremely difficult not to mention heavy. But Leo and Eric undeterred removed the glass and muscled it down and then muscled up the new one. My wife came home from work just as they were loading up their trucks to leave. She inspected the work and was just so happy and proud of her home again. Great job guys!

It went very well. The owner came to our house to assess the situation. A couple of windows in our house had quite a bit of condensation on them during cold fall mornings. I asked him to check another window, but he said that other one was fine and didn't need to be replaced. He gave us some good information about our windows in general, and explained to us why we were getting the condensation. Both he and the installer arrived on time and were very professional and personable. I would definitely call this company again!

I couldn't be happier with the end result. Professional is an understatement - this guys treated us like family!

Terrible experience, horrible business practices, non-existent responses, excuses, delays, and more delays. These guys should not be in business. While one of the partners showed up promptly to measure my shower opening for new glass doors and emailed an estimate the next day, that was the extent of their good service. I called back within a couple of days to book the job and was assured that someone would come in the next few days to take measurements and get started. Then a week went by, so I called. Got lots of apologies, that they are so busy, but will definitely get to me early next week. Then no one called back for over a week, so I called them back. This went on for over six weeks. I'd call and would get sorry, sorry, sorry, we'll get to you. Always very nice, but then no one from Glass Guru would ever call back to begin the job. Finally, on Oct 1, I again called and this time was told that their shower installer had a bad back, was going in for surgery, and too bad, but they wouldn't/couldn't do my shower doors. When I pressed for them to help me, one partner gave me the name of a glass guy that I'd already had out and eliminated because he didn't know the difference between semi-frameless and frameless doors. If you come out and give an estimate, then honor the estimate. Get the work done for the customer through whatever means. If you advertise that you've got years and years of glass experience, then it's a tad disingenuous that that you can't and you don't know a single person in the entire metro area with the skills to install the glass you advertise as a main product. These guys are clueless.
