They were very professional and even though they had a truck problem on the day they were scheduled, they were very prudent in rescheduling the installation. The only negative is that I thought they were a bit high priced but otherwise very good.

The entire experience was a very positive one. The estimate was thorough and very clear. The installer was efficient and did a great job. The new panes are a wonderful improvement. We wouldn't hesitate to use Glass Guru again/

My overall service was good. I would give them a 5 star if they would have call or email me when my Window was ready. I was told 2-3 weeks order but I waited past the 4th week and nobody called so the 5th week I called them. Customer service did a good job setting me up right away.
