Professional;thorough;good value for the price

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. My appt. was scheduled promptly and the owner himself came out to do the estimate. Instead of trying to get every little bit of business he could, he instead showed me how I could do a number of the jobs I had myself, saving hundreds of dollars. For the two jobs I couldn't do, he quoted a very reasonable price. when the glass for the window repairs arrived, the technician did a great job putting it in. He also replaced a screen in a patio door. After he left, we noticed the screen was not installed straight, so I emailed the company, and received a call back almost immediately to schedule a time for them to come out and re-do the screen. That took place within a couple of days and we are very satisfied with the result. This is a great company that will take on the smaller jobs relating to window and glass repair that most companies can't or won't do. We had been looking for over a year and had struck out until I saw the Glass Guru's ad in my Angie's List magazine.

We had 8 window glass replaced and also some window cranks replaced that were broken. Roman came out and gave us our estimate and I really liked him. So many times I meet business owners on my job, and I just don't understand why they don't project a professional and friendly manner. I would never hire a company who doesn't represent themselves well. Roman was everything I would look for in a business owner. Leo came out and did a great job on our windows.
