+ -1 moreI HAD NEVER TRIED THEM AND KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THEM BEYOND AN AD IN THE PHONE BOOK THAT SAID THEY OFFERED NEXT DAY REPAIRS ON E-MACHINES AND ALL PC'S. I CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND LEARNED THEY HAD BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1992 AND HAD A SATISFACTORY RECORD. I WAS VERY PLEASED -- NOT ONLY WITH THEIR PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, BUT WITH THE COST.
Description of Work: THE MODEM ON MY GATEWAY COMPUTER WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. I CALLED ROLLTEX AND THEY SAID THEY COULD WORK ON IT THAT SAME DAY, SO I DROVE TO FOREST LAKE (ONLY ABOUT 15 MINUTES NORTH OF WHITE BEAR LAKE)AND DROPPED IT OFF. WITHIN AN HOUR, THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY HAD REPLACED THE MODEM AND CHECKED THE COMPUTER OUT, AND ALL WAS FINE. THEY WERE CORRECT. MY $75.59 CHARGE INCLUDED $27.99 FOR THE NEW MODEM, AND $20.99 FOR A NEW SURGE PROTECTOR (CYBER POWER). THEY CHARGED $88/HOUR FOR LABOR, BUT IT TOOK ONLY 1/4 HOUR -- THUS LABOR WAS $22.
