Description of Work: They removed some sumac shrubs from beside my garage. They did a good job in removing the shrubs and cleaning up. I came home after they finished the shrub removal and I asked them about a couple of other services. My only complaint is that it was two to three days between the time I would leave a message or talk to someone, to the point I actually called another service in between the last communication and when the job was done. The other company never showed up for a scheduled appointment, nor did they call. Two days after this, Rick's did the job.

+ -1 moreRicky was really polite and straight forward. I never felt talked down to or sold to. His crew was right there and they had a full tree to take care of. All debris was was raked up afterwards and all the tree pieces for put through the chipper. A couple of limbs were in the way from another tree and they took those out which worked out nice for us too. Again, a nice crew and I hope to have them out to take care of another tree in the future.
