 + -1 moreIt was fine. The contractor went way out of his way to get it done very quickly. He even worked on weekends to meet the landscaping deadline. I think the contractor is the sole person that works there full time and he had a helper on one day. Overall he did an excellent job. He stayed on task with the estimate and there were no surprises other than how quickly he completed the job.
Description of Work: The contractor dismantled and removed an old privacy fence and put up an ornamental iron fence. The contractor arranged for a survey and coordinated the fencing project, through me, with the landscaping contractor.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Mark was timely in returning calls, showing up to do the work, and completing the job. He also took the time to talk with me on precautions (regarding the PVC leading to the pool), placement, and general questions. Can't say enough about the guy.
Description of Work: Replaced fencing around pool with black steel fencing (that looks much like black wrought iron). Completed install on the heels of new concrete.

 + -1 moreThe owner and one other person installed the fence. They did good work and arrived ahead of schedule. The posts were installed on Saturday and the fence installed that Sunday. The price was the lowest bid I received. I am very happy I made this choice.
Description of Work: Installed 42' of steel fencing with 2 4' gates in the back yard.
