Came out same afternoon I called and made special point of getting to me that day. Had all the equipment necessary to do the job. Explained the process and worked hard to make sure the snake camera worked well. Went two ways thru the tile and ran it a second time to see if we could get it past a collapse and did get it further. Marked spots that the tile terminated on the way to daylighting of tile. Very personable and professional. The work was expensive, but I got the info I needed within a few hours of my call to them. Excellent work. I would use them again.

The work turned out to be fine. They were professional and thorough. They really cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything, so they were really good.

They are superb. We've used them several times and they're really good. It's pretty expensive. They're very professional. They're very neat when they put the dirt back where it belongs; they're very thorough. I just highly recommend them. They were very respectful; about the landscaping and they're very knowledgeable about our questions.

I can't remember the exact price, so 300 is my best guess. Olson's was on time, did the work without requiring me to be present and are very professional.

First we had to have a tree removed before they could dig the line up. When we called and told them tree was out they responded immediately.

Good experience! They did originally tell us around 9AM and it ended up closer to 12, but we were glad they could fit us in today, and we did get a call when the truck was on its way.

We have a mound septic system and the tank closest to the mound had issues with the riser that caused the cover to fall into the tank , damaging the pump and destroying the plumbing in the tank. So instantly we had no septic system. One of the owner's at Olson's talked me through a damage assessment, estimating my tank capacity and letting me know how long we had before we would need to be pumped out. This was done while I was outside looking at the damage. They spent at least half an hour with me before I agreed to use them. After coming out, Olson's gave me a range of options to address the issue. I never felt pressured to take a more expensive option (though I opted for some more expensive options). There was no deception about what still functioned and what didn't function, and I was given the option of retaining any part that was replaced. I was very satisfied by the knowledge and performance of everyone I dealt with at Olson's. Cool pink trucks too!

I contacted Olson's for our every other year septic service. Everything went flawlessly. Highly recommend.

They were friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I found another company that I like so I would probably use them again before I call up Olson's.

After pinpoint the issue with Zell plumbing of the phone to a backed up water main (check out my other review Zell), I called Olson Sewer, they could not tend to the issue immediately as I hoped due to the lateness of the day. But they were able to schedule an appointment the following day at 8am. Joel showed up promptly at the expected time. He explained to me that he was going to try and trouble shoot the issue from the outside to prevent any damage to my house as he informed that it would be very messy fast if he were to try to unclog the drain from inside. This shows me that Olson does there best to consider the customer's needs before their own as it was still very cold that day and I appreciated that greatly as I was still try to clean my flooded house. Joel went to work digging though the partially frozen ground and within 1.5 hours he had already figured out that the main line was not clogged due to debris or ice. Water was backing up due to a broken pipe from the main water line. He explained and showed me the actual area of the break and stated that Olson Sewer will call me shortly with an estimate of repair work. They did promptly and stated it would come in between 550 and 750. Within 30 minutes, a second technician came and both him and Joel had the pipe fixed and in working order a bit under 3 hours. Actual cost came in at 612 dollars, much lower 750. In summary, very impressed with Olson Sewer's professionalism, thoughtfulness, punctuality, efficiency, and quality of work. That's why they are my Sewer guys! Keep it in the pink! (~if you didn't get that last comment, its the company slogan..:D )

I did not find Olson's Sewer service on Angie's List, I was told about the company by a local nursery. I called Olson's and spoke with Dale, I was impressed with his professionalism and set up an appointment for him to come out and look at the job. Dale came out and bid the job and another company that is well rated on AL came out and bid the job as well. All in all I was more impressed with Dale and his bid was a few hundred dollars less than the other company so I gave Olson's Sewer Service the go ahead. A little before the project was to begin, Dale stopped out at the site with the worker to survey the project, the worker suggested using sand for the majority of the fill/grading and then use black dirt on top of the sand to facilitate the seeding of the lawn. Dale and the worker mentioned that this would likely reduce the original quote. The work turned out exactly as I wanted and the end invoice was approx. $1000.00 less than the original quote. It is rare to encounter a company with the integrity and character demonstrated to me by Olson's Sewer Service so they have my absolute recommendation and the won me over as a customer. Well done Dale!

Very professional from day one. They utilized a video tape made by McDonough's (who discovered our sewer line was broken), they contacted our city hall on the same day of the initial visit, "digging day" was only delayed by a day (despite several days of rainy weather that week). The crew was very professional and precise (our gas line crossed the sewer line a few feet from the house) and worked well as a team. Despite our front lawn at one point being 2 huge mountains of dirt and a deep crevice, they managed to transform it at the end of the day to even flatter than what it had been before they had started. Dale communicated well with us from start to finish. Even though they ended up having to remove our front steps (cement), they maintained the original estimate. We hope we won't need these services again in the next 40 years, but we will happily recommend this company.
