Description of Work: I had a very old chainsaw from my in-laws. It was I great condition but needed a tune up. Northern helped me find a replacement spark plug and also walked me through using chain oil and when to replace a chain. Other stores just told me to buy a new chainsaw!

+ 0 moreThey were excellent and knowledgeable with what they were selling. They know what they were talking about and they answer all of our questions. I would go there because they were happy to meet the competition's price and they thought that what they were selling was better and their overall attitude, I just like it. They ordered it in, it came in within a week and they started and tell another company to install it. They were just right on.
Description of Work: I bought a whole house generator from Northern Tool & Equipment Co. My last date of service was a year ago, the end of June right after we had a big electrical out due to the storm. We were without electricity for 2 weeks and we have a handicapped daughter who need to be kept cool as a moderate temperature. After that, we went right out and bought a whole house generator and they were a little bit higher than another company and they match the other company's price.
