Beautiful work! I hired him to fix the chips in the wall and the paints. They did a beautiful job. They were on time and and as nice as could be. Such a great job! I'm very happy with them. It's been about a year since they painted and it's still holding up beautifully!

It was great working with Ben and Staci. Ben did a great job on the backsplash, it looks beautiful. He was prompt, polite and he cleaned up everything when he finished. Everything went beyond expectations. They spent a lot of effort to locate the proper cedar siding and made a beautiful repair.

Ben put new closet doors in for us and installed a new stairway. Everything turned out beautiful and his work is high quality. This is the second time we've used him and will definitely call him for our next project.

After having Ben and Vlad tackle our list of small house projects previously (I made a list while reading reviews), we asked for a quote for replacing the deteriorating boards on of our deck. The project was scheduled within two weeks of our decision to proceed. Luckily the weather cooperated (we did have an alternate date, just in case) and the project was completed in a week. This was especially helpful as the house painters are expected at the end of May. Vlad reused boards when possible put all the new ones on the stairs so that even unstained, it looks very nice. The builders had used only nails on the original deck, and now they are fastened with screws. They returned another day with the new screen door. Cleanup and communication were great throughout the project. We would definitely work with Handy Rite again.

They were punctual, pleasant, and very thorough. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterward.

I have nothing but good to say about Ben, and Staci. Both were great to work with, and always got back when we had questions. Work was done correct as we wanted. We added some work to the original estimate, and they got back right away with a new, reasonable figure. One of the days my wife and I were at work, and we felt very comfortable allowing Ben to work inside our home without us there. Looking forward to working with Handy Rite again in the future.

They made perfect & exact cuts on the thick gladiator siding and once the outlet covers were screwed on, it was looked phenomenal !$580

Ben arrived at the scheduled time, picked up materials and did the job. The workmanship was very good. He offered some helpful suggestions on painting since I opted to do that part of the project myself. Prior to leaving he asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else that needed attention.

I ordered the wrong size countertop and in reality, it needs to be custom made. Ben discussed options, provided measurements and assured me he would work me in to get it installed before Thanksgiving. He prepped the wall where the entertainment center was, and will be back to sand and prepare surface for painting, install new baseboard, etc. We also ran into surprises with the entertainment center and Ben proposed options. Ben was very professional, flexible and helpful. He cleaned up after project, including hauling away debris. We will definitely call Handy Rite for additional projects, and recommend them to friends and family!

Ben completed the work in one day except for shed repair. He had a second guy come out another day to complete that work. Ben is professional, polite, and helpful. Scheduling was pleasant and easy. Couple of date changes but no big deal. Told them what I needed. They purchased the needed parts: Door, hardware, paint. Never felt like he was rushing the job. Put obvious time and effort into making it a quality job. Great clean up. Have needed that door for a long time. Much less expensive than door install from Home Depot. What a relief to have that job done.

I had various household items done, installing a new smoke detector, closet shelf repair, door adjustment, new door stop, ceiling removal and re-install and a pole wrap for my front porch. Everything went really well. Most of the items were pretty standard repairs. I did have a pole wrap done on my front overhang/porch. Ben came up with not just a standard vinyl wrap like I was thinking, he used siding boards and the outcome was great. I appreciate Ben's creative idea to make this look good. Also I have a wood plank ceiling in my basement and needed part of it taken down to have some plumbing work done. I was a little nervous knowing the celling I have is no longer available and I only had a couple of boxes left. Ben did a great job of removing the existing portion of the ceiling and re-installing it with no issues. I was really happy with the work done and would definitely hire them again in the future.

On June 2, I received an email from Ben stating he was “going to pass on the work." He did not provide a reason. After Ben committed to the work, I discarded alternative bids I had obtained after first meeting with him. Now, a month later, I’m starting over. It appears Ben “passed” on his commitment to me to take what he thought was a better offer.

He did a great job! I was thrilled to have the microwave, fridge and dishwasher all working! He is multi-talented and I will call him again!

Through an accident, I destroyed a beautiful kitchen cabinet door. I called Handy Rite. They offered to repair the broken door or create a new door that matched the set. I chose the latter. They went completely beyond my expectations an created a match identical to my set. They were pleasant, friendly and professional and concerned that I got their best effort. I highly recommend this company.
