A corner of my hallway carpeting was uplifted to dry and sanitize the carpet and the pad after my condo sewer backed up. They were very prompt in informing me that they were not able to perform my carpet pad and carpet re-attachment task. They were the only pro who responded.

They always responded quickly to communications, and gladly accommodated our requests. The quality of the work is excellent and they finished it very quickly, and all for a great price. I have worked with Ben and Staci from Handy Rite 4-5 times now and always had great experiences. We have had woodpecker and weather damage to various parts of the cedar siding on our home spanning the past 3-4 years. The work involves removing the damaged siding, cutting new pieces and painting/replacing the cedar onto the house. In addition, just within the past week, Ben also came out with Vlad from his team to paint the front exterior of our home. As usual, the work was very high quality and the pricing definitely fair for the value we receive. Overall, Ben and Staci focus upon a great overall experience from handing inquiries and estimates through completing the work with high quality. Both of them are very personable and easy to work with, as is all of their staff we have interacted with for the past couple of years on various projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and we plan to use them again for some additional remodeling projects on the inside of our home in the next couple of months.

We were very pleased with the results of the work. Also because it was so important to fix the sink before it collapsed on the disposal, we were happy with the receptionist (I think her name was Cindy) for rearranging her employees to get us a repairman ASAP.

Ben's work is of the highest quality. He was referred to us by a friend and we've referred him to a family member. Because he's typically working on his own it can take a little while for him to get you on his schedule. However, once on his schedule he shows up as promised and stays there until the job is done, he doesn't try to fit you in with other jobs (which is very refreshing). If there's something Ben doesn't think is appropriate for what he does, for example, if he believes something should be replaced as opposed to him attempting to repair it, he's honest and tells you. Timely, very high quality work, honesty, and a fair price. I highly recommend Ben.

I have worked with Ben on a couple of projects in my home. Even though I usually dislike having people work in my home (invasive, dirty etc) it was extremely easy with Ben. He listens to what I want / need and delivers smoothly. As a single woman, I must say, he made things extremely easy, hence, me not stressing with the home projects. He pretty much takes care of everything - including the ordering, picking up. He is professional, transparent, quick response and clean with project. And I dont feel the intrusion or am I left with a dirty home. The other major part for me is trust. He has mine.

It was excellent. He did a very good job. I know he was gonna do a great job. I used him 3 times already and I would continue using them. Ben is the owner and he did it himself.
