From the very beginning, Trevor at Graley very patiently helped me understand my options and how to prepare my basement in advance. He got back to me much more promptly than I would have expected whenever I had questions and adapted immediately when the project shifted somewhat in an unexpected direction a couple of times. When I had some very stressful issues with the inspection taking place in time, he dealt with it very professionally and helpfully. The only thing I wish I'd had were some concrete samples so that I could have made a more informed decision about color and texture. In any case, Graley's bid was very competitive and the result looks great! There's often a problem with grade inflation on these kinds of sites, but in this case the "A" grades are absolutely deserved in all the categories; I'd enthusiastically recommend Graley.

Graley arrived as discussed and was very flexible with last minute changes. They also covered the siding to make sure there was no splatter. We were very happy with the results and would use them again for future projects.

Awesome! That is the best word to describe the work. The work was done by Trevor and his crew in 1.5 days. Our yard had been severely neglected and abused by the previous owners, so the prep work was extensive. That all went very well. These guys have obviously worked together for awhile. When the cement was being poured, they barely spoke a word to each other. They each knew exactly what the other was doing and they did their particular job perfectly. It was really fun to watch. The shape, pattern and finished product over-exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Graley Concrete. In fact, before Trevor left, I asked him to give me a quote for a new driveway!

They were extremely courteous and professional. They responded quickly and were able to perform a rather large project on very short notice. They did an awesome job. They were able to tie together two different concrete patios and were very creative. The project looks much better than I imagined it would. The price they gave me was the price it ended up being - no surprises and very reasonable.

I had Trevor out for an estimate last year and finally contacted him this Spring to do the work. He still honored the quote he gave. He also answered numerous e-mails with questions and concerns we had because the work that had been done previously in our entrance to the house was extremely poorly done and we had a lot of moisture issues and were nervous about what we would find. Trevor explained the whole process patiently and answered all our questions. Him and his crew came out and took down the front stoop and back patio on a very rainy day. They cleaned everything up before the left that day. The next day they came back to pour. His crew was very professional and courteous. They did run into issues in the front of the house were part of the garage foundation was crumbled and filled that area with concrete. Both the entrance area to our house and the back patio look beautiful. We are excited to finally have a back patio to enjoy. I would highly recommend Trevor to anyone and would use him again for any project.

One of the better dealings with a contractor. Did what he said he would when he said. The biggest thing for me was Trevor returned my calls before and after the job was done. I enjoyed working with him. jim

Graley did the work for the price they quoted me, and I'm happy with the finished product. It snowed lightly the day before they arrived, and under less than ideal conditions they did a quality job from start to finish. I look forward to doing business with Graley again.

Great job, from start to finish. Trevor was quick to respond, came out to do a bid, and everything went well. The crew was very professional, worked hard, and explained everything. I was very pleased with this company.

Removed old concrete by wheelbarrow/hand because heavy equipment couldn't be used here. Dug out an additional area (enlargement of existing patio space). Added class 5 as needed. Poured new colored concrete with a darker color border. Stamped a pattern into the concrete. Unfortunately, I went along with Trevor's suggestion to have a very rough texture because water puddles on it. It is also a little too rough for chairs to sit evenly. But I love everything else about the new patio, and was very impressed with the very professional and quick work by the 3-man crew.

Flawlessly! Trevor got in contact with us right away and worked well with my work schedule. He responded on time for both the estimate and the work dates. Trevor spent more than 90 minutes (at our request) to explain all of our options and help us make an informed decision that matched our vision. We had three other quotes from reputable companIes and all three were here less than fifteen minutes and didnt take the time to answer our questions. While Graley wasn't the lowest quote, Trevor took the time to work with us well before he was given the job and he was respectful of our budget. He was honest and up front every step of the way and he was very flexible with changes along the way. Trevor personally was here during the demo and install to oversee the progress. The three man crew was very courteous and respectful of my family and my neighbors. My three children watched from the window without concern. The detail they put into every last step was outstanding. I have already recommended Graley to several people. I won't even waste my time getting other quotes next spring when I finish the back half of my home. Trevor was very fast at responding to my original request for an estimate. His crew showed up promptly at 7am both mornings and were very professional. They were done on schedule and held to their estimated costs.

Trevor was very responsive to our call to get an estimate for our project. We set up an appointment and on the morning he was to come he called to see if he could come early which was fine with us. We discussed the project and he was very friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions or concerns. He showed us samples of his work and discussed many options with us. He sent us a proposal by email the same day. We got 3 bids for our project. Graley's price was in the middle. We felt they would do the best job and we weren't disappointed. They arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. and worked nonstop until they finished in the late afternoon. Half way through the job Trevor showed us where the forms were placed to make sure we were pleased with the layout before the concrete was poured. Trevor and his crew worked so hard! The project turned out even better than we expected. We are very happy with everything from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone needing concrete work done.

I cant say enough good things about this contractor. We were left with a mess after a hired contractor bailed out on us right after he dug up our back yard. I scrambled for options to complete out project. Graley Concrete not only responded to my inquiry - but did so on Saturday and Sunday. Within one week they came in - leveled out my back yard and poured a gorgeous stamped concrete patio, sidewalk and borders. Not only were they able to react quickly for me - but the attention and professional approach of the estimator and crew was top notch. I will be using them again for any concrete needs - and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing that type of service

We had four estimates for approximately 420sf of stamped/colored concrete patio. Graley came in second lowest bid but I felt more comfortable going with them as opposed to the lowest bidder. The patio turned out great despite some pitfalls for their crew. We didn't have an existing patio so it may have been an easier project rather than tearing up an in-place patio? We love the shape and colors chosen. I thought they were incredibly professional and Trevor was really considerate to what we were looking for. The only minor con is there is a small diesel stain imbedded in the far corner from their equipment. It isn't really noticeable but my husband is VERY particular. I think the hassle of replacing that piece is too much for a small stain, so we live with it. We would definitely hire Graley again.

I contacted Trevor Lindstrom to indicate what I was interested in and set up an appointment. He was on time as scheduled and took time to explain our options - he also had samples for us to see the product instead of just pictures. I had contacted another concrete contractor and he called back but never showed up. We decided what option we wanted, scheduled the job with Trevor which was then completed professionally. I can't say enough about the positive experience of working with everyone at Graley. They are very service oriented and do an outstanding job! I would use them for any concrete job I have in the future and would recommend them to anyone that has concrete work to be done.

From coming out to give us the estimate to completion of the work done, we could not have asked for a better experience. Trevor at Graley concrete was professional as well as very knowledgable in all aspects of decorative concrete. He kept us informed on the schedule of work to be completed, what was going on with the project and gave us good ideas for our project. He was never late and kept appointments as scheduled. He respected our time and we appreciated that. He was willing to show us previous work completed and even showed us work he had done in his own home. Trevor was very responsive, on time, professional and did what he and his crew committed to do. Throughout the job, Trevor consulted with me to ensure we had a common understanding of exactly what I wanted including reviewing the forms befoore the concrete was actually poured. This ensured that the final product was exactly what I wanted -- no surprises, just excitement.

Everything went really well. The crew showed up an hour early and they were done by early afternoon. They kept me up to date on what they were doing.

Our experience with Graley Concrete was very good. Especially working with co-owner Trevor Lindstrom. All through the project, from start to finish he was upfront, patience and open to all of our questions concerns and ideas. During our initial contact Trevor walked us through what our project would entail. During his measuring for the estimate he was very courteous and respectful of our home. We obtained three estimates for these jobs (one of which was an award winning company) and Graley's was comparable but not the cheapest. We chose Graley because Trevor was the most knowledgable and enthusiastic. He would readily contact and educate us. For the stamped concrete work there were many example of Graley's work in the area. But the interior stained concrete floor viewing was limited to photos until Trevor offered to let us come to his home, where he had stained his own floor. We took a ride over and checked out his work. The floor was beautiful and as a bonus we were able to meet his wonderful family.They were booked out approx two weeks but on the day promised the crew showed up. They were efficient and professional. Trevor was there during the whole process. He did the interior floor staining himself and as he was applying the stains to the floor he would call my wife down to make sure the color was to her liking. And before he sealed the floor he had her come down to look it over so she had a final opportunity to make changes. Both jobs were completed in two days. Although Trevor came back approx 3 weeks later after the patio cured to clean and seal it. The cost was right at the estimate, there were no hidden or additional charges. Both the floor and the patio turned out wonderful. The artistic work of both projects will enhance the value and beauty of our home for years to come. It was absolutely wonderful. They gave us an estimate and they held right to it. They came in very professionally and did the work as contracted for. They left everything clean. They asked all kinds of questions of us to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend them to anybody. I can't say enough good things about them. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

Trevor Lindstrom is very professional, on time and friendly. They worked efficiently and cleanly and left my yard looking great. There were no surprises. We were indecisive about the path of the sidewalk and he was very patient with us as we sorted it out. During the job we increased the width of the walk from three feet to four and asked them to install the pavers which increased the materials and labor costs so that increased the final cost. Overall they were a joy to work with and I would hire them again in a minute.
