+ 1 moreI knew Brian from the neighborhood and building new construction homes. He approached me after my fire. It was the first fire project he worked on. He rebuilt approximately 75% of my house including redesigning several rooms and adding a deck. He was easy to work with and eager to please. He worked within my budget and gave me some extras not on the bid. I was so pleased with the result, I hired him for another $145K project. The project took approximately 6 months to complete. I was prepared for a 6 month time frame. I think Brian thought he could complete it in 3 months. I told him I wasn't in a hurry to move back into my home.
Description of Work: Rebuilt approximately 75% of house after fire and major water damage, including redesigning main floor living room, office, bathroom and laundry room.

+ -1 moreWe had estimate done on 1/21 he said we would have bid in a week. I went looking for the bid on 1/30. He sent bid on 2/6. He said said he would return our house plans within 2 days of that. I went looking for them on 2/17. Today it is 2/21 and we are still waiting for our houseplans to be returned. It is one month later I can only say I am glad we did not select him before we realized the chasing you must do for everything. I would not recomend this company due to his unresponsiveness.
