Concrete Contracting both Mudjacking and new Concrete. 2 Owners, Randy and Phil, with over 35 years experience each.
"This is the third time that I've used this company to adjust my almost 70-year old driveway. Each time the response to the initial call has been timely. They raised the sunken part of the driveway and angled it for rainwater flow. The crew were friendly, explained what was to be done before they started and, when done, showed me what had been done and allowed for any comments. Good clean-up too."

Asphalt & Concrete Contractor. Driveways, Concrete Aprons, Asphalt/Concrete Driveway Additions, Asphalt Sealcoating, Patios, Sidewalks and more. Stamped & Colored Concrete also Available.
"Poor customer service and poor quality! After reading other's reviews I see we aren't the only ones with this issue. The quote went well and we were scheduled for Oct 2017. The asphalt, where the apron was to go, was removed and it was determined that the apron would sit higher than the garage floor. The guys rang the doorbell 4 different times after trying different things and talking with others. It was decided that we rip up part of the driveway to make everything level, which was a large added cost. We stayed off of the asphalt and concrete way past the recommended time. After the winter I emailed pictures showing cracks and raised concrete. On 4/27/18 Josh responded that they were hairline fractures in the concrete and nothing would be done. On 3/7/19 I emailed more pictures showing these hairline cracks worsening and frost heaving up to about 2 inches. On 3/8 Josh left me a VM saying he would come and look in April or May. The middle of July I called to remind Josh that they still need to be looked at. He didn't come to the phone but had the young lady answering the phone tell me he had been sick and had a funeral and would be out soon. On 7/30 I emailed Josh to see when he was coming and to look at our asphalt also as oil marks were present in multiple areas. When the asphalt was installed there were oil marks but figured they would go away. Josh came out on 8/6 and said there was nothing they can do about the cracks as we "live in MN" and to cut away part of our garage wood that was ruined by the raising concrete in the winter. He hadn't seen oil marks before, took pictures, said he was going to talk to Adam and get back to me. After not hearing back I emailed on 8/25 for the owner's contact info. He emailed promptly back and said that a car had an oil leak and that was the issue with the asphalt and nothing was covered under warranty. Funny how there are multiple oils stains on our driveway (only the new part where people don't park) and most where tire tracks are and not where oil would spill. I decided after reading other people's reviews that talking to the owner would go unanswered and not worth my time as nothing would be done anyway. So before you hire this company look at the pictures and know if there's a problem you will not get a quick answer or resolution. We always hear "we live in MN" as a response. We have owned 3 houses in MN, had MANY contractors, aprons free of cracks, concrete all along our pool and concrete garage floors, that are 15 years old, and all our MN friend's houses that have aprons that look way better than our less than 2 year old one. One of the worst customer service experiences we have ever experienced. There way better contractors out there!"

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.
The average cost of mudjacking is around $5 per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8 per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.
In most cases, no, mudjacking is not possible as a DIY job. Not only do you need specialized equipment to cut into your slab and pump the cementitious material underneath it, but it’s also a challenging process, and the consequences of making mistakes include additional structural damage to your home. It’s possible to rent mudjacking equipment to attempt a DIY repair, but the risk of added property damage usually isn’t worth the money you’ll save on labor, especially if the concrete you’re lifting is a part of your home’s foundation.
