Excellent - Climate Works is our heating and air company and have been for many years. Climate Works does a professional honest job. Jeff and Kim are awesome and would never steer us in the wrong direction. They are wonderful to work with and they will always be our heating and air (and hot water heater) repair, tune-up, replacement people. Thank you to Jeff and Kim!!

We needed a whole house humidifier installed in our new home. We purchased one from the same manufacturer that made our thermostat, hoping that we could DIY the installation. We hadn't counted on all the complexities of a newer HVAC system. Enter Jeff and Kim from Climate Works! Kim set up a consult with Jeff, where he answered all of my questions and gave us our options. Before coming up with an estimate, he made some phone calls on our behalf to the various system manufacturers to make sure all the systems were compatible. In no time flat, we had an estimate and had scheduled our installation. Two days later, Jeff was on site to install the humidifier and he did so in quick fashion (about 2 1/2 hours from the time he pulled in the driveway to the time he left). He was friendly, willing to educate me on the new installation as well as on my HVAC system. There were a few settings that were "missed" when the original installers put in the furnace - Jeff helped us get adjusted to the right setting. Kim and Jeff were both great and we'll definitely call Climate Works again in the future.

His specialty is repairing and retrofitting older systems. He was very nice and honest. He assured us that he could get the parts covered by warranty. We will be using him for this job.

This experience was an A+. True test of service is the contractor's response to a problem. When the original fix didn't correct the problem this person responded immediately. Second visit was quick and friendly as the first.
