I had an online coupon for this company. It took me more than 4 months of calling to actually reach a person on the phone. I had left at least a dozen messages over those 4 months and never recieved a phone call. Finally when I reached somebody on the phone, the call was interrupted several times by children and then she argued with me that my voucher was expired. Finally after explaining that I had been calling since March, she agreed to honor the voucher. I set up an appointment, moved all my furniture and took of the day from work to be there--they NEVER showed up. I called the company an hour before the appt to confirm, left a message and heard nothing. I called several times during the hours of the appointment and still no response or returned phone call. Finally 18 hours later, I contacted the company and they explained that they did not get to confirm the appointment because they had written my phone number down wrong, but had no explanation for why they didn't answer the phone for over 18 hours. Finally they did come to clean the carpet--and argued extensively with my family member that was kind enough to be there so I didn't have to take more time off work. They did clean the carpet-and did a good job. If you are willing to be very persistant-give them a try, if you want the convenience of a well run company-go with someone else.

I think he does a very good job with the cleaning, but a couple of times our appointments did have to be cancelled because he was ill. However, I would hate to hold that against him. We've had him out several times and would have him again.
