+ -1 moreThere were countless delays because I think they were working other jobs in the area rather than completing this contracted job first. They also wanted 50% down before they started working on the project and they were from outside the local area so I think travel time "85 miles one way" was a problem for them. I did learn a valuable lesson "only hire locally" for obvious reasons. Weeks would go by without any progress, there were lame excuses "my car broke down, weather "might snow or rain" it didn't. Not enough crew members available to work the job. After starting in September, they finally had the building fully enclosed in late January. This put our building schedule behind by at least 45 days. After they had installed the windows several leaked and we discovered the flashing had been installed backwards! Do not use any of their services. They would not respond to any email or phone call with any problem that we found after they received their final full payment.
Description of Work: Framing on new house.

Description of Work: I called this company and left a message asking about concrete leveling services. I used the phone number listed on Angie's List which was the same as the number I found for the company on the Internet. The company never called me back. I don't necessarily want to rate this company poorly because it may do good work. However, since I did not receive a response, I can't recommend the company.

+ -1 moreThey came out and did the work in about 3 hours. The concrete is still level. They do have a warranty with their work. It was a father and son team.
Description of Work: They leveled out the concrete in front of the house.
