Description of Work: I had maintenance done on my air conditioner which had been in use for 3 years. The service man checked everything out; was very professional; on time, called before because I work nights. He also changed my filter on furnace and did quick check. Excellent work and a pleasure to do business with. My filter cost $38.00 the service call $73.00

+ -1 moreI called and asked if they would inspect. I was buying a new house and wanted a professional inspection. They came by same day. When he got there, he went to inspect. There was a pipe that had be repaired incorrectly and he advised me of this. He said it was dangerous because I had a water boiler heater and it had been repaired with rubber hose. He then made sure that everything else was in working condition. He said that other than the pipe everything looked good. It made me a little more confident, going forward with the purchase, with the understanding that the proper repair would be done.
