An employee came and evaluated the work suggested, and gave an estimate which we feel is reasonable. He explained when is the best time of year to do the limb removal. When we're ready to have the work done, we will probably use their service.

The actual removal of the trees was great. They knew what they were doing and were friendly and professional. When we received our estimate, they indicated that the trees would be removed within then next couple weeks, but it was longer than that. We called back to check since it had been longer than we expected, and they said we were still on the list and they'd be here within the next two days. They were and the job got done with no problems. They used a bucket truck and a ditch witch. The price included grinding out the stumps, and they filled those holes with black dirt. They raked up all debris and hauled everything away. The only thing that remained was a little sawdust. We are happy with their work.

There were a lot of obstacles including electrical lines, a garage roof, a sidewalk and smaller trees under the large ones and they did excellent work in avoiding all the obstacles and keeping branches from falling on them. The were very thoughtful and didn't damage anything. They cleaned up everything - the very large limbs, the smaller branches and even raking everything off my yard. They managed to do all of this one 1 afternoon for much less than other bids I received. Overall everything was just excellent.
