It was many years ago, around 1987/1988. We contacted service several times prior to them getting back to us. When they did it took a little while to get there....not a good idea when frozen pipes are involved. There work was very satisfactory I just wish they would have been up front with us and called us and said it would be several days until they could do any work so as to provide us other alternatives.

I called for service on Monday morning. Pat returned my call on Monday evening and arranged for a service call on Tuesday morning. He was on time and experienced at the job he was intending to do. He removed the water heater anode and replaced the cap. We discussed options for correcting the problem. He looked over my well control unit and water softener also. He was concerned that the well mate may be bad. He added some compressed air to the well mate and decided that the unit was alright. He seemed concerned about doing the job quickly and cleanly. I was impressed with his professionalism. The cost was reasonable and the problem was solved. I was pleased with his work.

He was prompt and courteous. He took care of a problem we had with the one shower in the house and also looked over our softner and humidifying system that's hooked up to the furnace. He knew what he was doing and did it with speed and competence. His charge for his services was reasonable and I am having him back again as soon as he gets back in the office. Very happy with his work.

They did a very professional job. They were easy to deal with and made every precaution to make sure they did not make a mess.

I called them because my dishwasher had backed up they where very quick with a response. i asked for an estimate and they had told me about four hundred. After they came in and realized it was a water pump problem and my drain was backing up into my dishwasher they fixed it immediately! total cost was less than i expected! only 325! Dishwasher works great and no more problems for me!

Pat Collins was very easy to work with and explained everything very well. There was no "hard sell". He resolved exactly what I needed to spend money on and what I did not, over a period of a few days of testing where the real problem was. Very receptive and always answers his phone!
