Bjorn's Heating & Air Cond

TL;DR: Trust was broken and Bjorn was more worried about the money than the customer. Our AC died and a Bjorn tech recommended replacing the compressor with the downside of system potentially failing sooner. Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. Upon calling it was considered an unforeseen risk and that we would still be responsible. Bjorn was particularly angry and not willing to listen to my concerns. I offered covering the labor and splitting the restocking fee but was mocked as "wholesale wouldn't do that for us". This completely shattered my trust in Bjorn as he seemed to be more worried about the money than the customer.

I am thrilled with the service each and every time!

Our furnace was purchased and installed almost 7 years ago, from another company that no longer is in the area. Bjorn's is the only company that works on our brand (a Coleman). They were quick to get us an appointment, but showed up a little later than what we were expecting. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem, but had to order the part. We were a little disappointed they didn't have the part on hand, as they are an authorized service agent for our brand. It came in quickly, though, and they were able to install it the next day. The service man was very professional during both the trouble shooting visit and the part replacement visit. He told us the price of the part and labor, but it took almost 3 months to get the bill.
