Description of Work: Small Town Values Contracting remodeled our full bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs as well as some minor repairs in the home. Brian did an excellent job and was very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: We talked the night before about my list in order of priority and what supplies I could have ready. He arrived promptly. He completed the under cabinet lighting, fixed an outlet on our island, and one in the family room. He took out the screen from the storm door and replaced it with the glass insert, fixed the toilet, replaced a damaged piece of siding and hung a picture in the dining room. He did everything very professionally. He has a great personality, and we would hope to hire him for other repairs around the house!

Description of Work: Handyman services - works on some electrical outlets, shower doors and head, hung closet doors, etc.

Description of Work: Finished putting a roof on a tool shed.

Description of Work: Rewired a ceiling junction box and installed a new light fixture. |Straightened and rehung a six foot length of 8ft high louvered bifold doors and showed me what was missing in order to anchor the end door. |The time went by fast and the work performed was well done.

Description of Work: paid for three hours of handyman work for $89.00 ..Brian came on scheduled day to perform primarily two jobs, repair a broken drawer and replace a faucet..He did the drawer first, then the faucet and a minor wood glue repair.. this was all done in about two hours.. I was fine with the time being only two hours instead of the three. Shortly after he left the drawer broke again.. I called him and he said he would be back in about an hour. I had company and was waiting for him with my company. He did not show up within two hours so i called him and left a message. 2.5 hours later I called again to find out if he was coming. I needed to leave with my company. He never returned a call. this was on Tuesday. I called him Wed . morning, Wed afternoon , Thursday morning and thurs afternoon to reset time to fix. no calls have been returned or acknowleded in any way...the bar that the drawer rolls on need to be reattached to the cabinet..He put in one screw that the bar was resting on..that was the entire repair. i could have done that. This has been nothing but frustration for me . This is exactly what i was trying to avoid by using Angies LIst. i cant believe the poor work and lack of care. I either need this fixed properly or have money returned to me
